I think what you must focus on is to advertise/promote your company product. If you want to have an alternative & faster payment method why not try to accept first few top level coins/token available on the market? Given that in Russia, cryptocurrencies are distrusted by most solvent people. The fact that russian government is going to regulate the crypto also can be attributed to the minuses of this idea. So if your business is successfully working and developing without it I would work without ico. But maybe I'm wrong and you need to act decisively!
