Hi Mates,
I would like to know something about Neteller.

1. Is Neteller reversible?
2. Is there any hodling period as like Paypal?
3. If I receive payment then do I need to declare anything or the sender need to declare the reason for sending payment?
4. or anything else I should know before using Neteller?
 
Asking to know about 1 & 2 before I receive any funds. I already created a thread to exchange BTC to Neteller but it seems slow.

Join, and read agreements. I have used them over 10 years, no problems.
Generally, the answer for all questions is: no. But read the small print :)
Furthermore, you need to verify your account.

All digital currency work are same, it's mean every transaction is fixed. You can request refund or anything so you need to be carefully before made an transaction.

this is the most important point and that OP will have to carry out if you want to use neteller, but they were much more conpreesible in my case a few years ago when I checked my account, but I can not say the same thing about skrill that ask so many things can to verify account and do not respond support tickets at certain times.
