that's right, in the meantime there are more projects who concentrate on digital identity.

we are working every day to make it better. we want to implement biometrical authentication to our platform like fingerprint and, if technically safe, face recognition - in fact you have a supported device. we actually have a working testnet for internal use and a semi-working mobile app. Semi-working? Yes, as i said, we want to implement biometrical authentication. This takes time to make it not 99% safe and secure, but 100%.

How will you convince consumers that their vital information is really secure and will not ever be victimized by hacking? Also, if you have the vital info, how can you assure your customers that their info is safe with you and will not be used for other purposes?

Truly it's very interesting. It's really very interesting to note that this project is half-cooked as it's lacking some important ingredients, and one is the smart contract. Sorry, but I didn't see any written smart contract for automatic assets transfer, that contains a written set of rules for early investors. I've lots of experience in the past (there are many examples actually) of not being paid after the project is over and/or the ICO is finished. All assets/money collected fall into the pockets of founders, one example is the Crystal Clear Services (CCS) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2048748.1720)
