Usually the first thing I do, is to go to their official website and find if they are listing exchanges where their token is traded. In my opinion, every website should have that information. A lot of tokens and coins are also listed on https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/ (https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/) which is the primary resource of information for us cryptomaniacs. :) Also, do check their ICO review pages to see if the ICO is already over and the tokens are actually trading. You can do that at websites like:

https://www.icoalert.com/ (https://www.icoalert.com/)
https://icowatchlist.com/ (https://icowatchlist.com/)
https://icobench.com/ (https://icobench.com/)
https://www.coinschedule.com/ (https://www.coinschedule.com/)

Where to sell tokens.???
You can know this to the ANN thread or website of that token that you are holding. That's why they are trying to list their tokens immediately so that it can be traded very quick.
How to find out if your token has a price in the market?
That can be seen through coinmarketcap.com just search the name of the token you are holding so that you can get rid of them. You can also use the other websites that has been mentioned.

many sites provide info about the token you have. It's just that you have to sort out which sites provide information about the tokens you have. because not all sites provide all token information.

If the tokens are use waves platform then you can sell it in DEX. If the yokens are use eth platform then you can sell it on etherdelta but you still need some eth to send it to there.

Of course since token are freely given as a reward after investors exchange their money to the tokens. There is no need to worry about the tokens as a reward since this token are back up with real money and it could be sold anytime after receiving it or else you could hold the tokens and then make a profit out of it. The good thing about this is that this tokens could be used based on what project os promoting like the astorgame ICO project that promotes esports and mass.gambling. In this project the number of your tokens could be fold million times if luckily join the mass gambling and win the jackpot. Isnt it amazing? It is not only for investing but at the same time you are having fun with the entertainment.

Ask your campaign manager or the team behind your campaign. They would definitely know where their coin is going to be at since they are the ones that will decide. If you already got your tokens then I think you have an accomodating team leading you.

Coinmarketap should be the first place you check.  If it's not listed on there, find the bitcointalk announcement thread to see if it's listed on an  exchange yet.  If it's not, you're just going to have to wait or try to sell them privately.

If your tokens are stored in MyEtherWallet or if they were erc20 tokens, you can check your wallet address on Etherscan.io and then you can now see all your coins stored on your wallet with it's prices if it already hit the exchanges or you can also tap or click on each coin for a much clearer view with complete details from CoinMarketCap. I usually do checking prices on Etherscan to know the total value of my holdings.

Stay connected to their twitter or telegram and also bookmark bitcointalk thread. That's how you get all latest news about them.

You can trade on some scattered exchanges.
EtherDelta and IDEX are two good choices, and I generally think IDEX is better, because IDEX has a matching mechanism.

Before thinking of selling your token, you need to know first if it is already listed on coinmarketcap.com , which is the main source of all informations about every token, you can find there the website, exchanges and social medias.
You will only know if the token you hold has value if it is being traded.

Well, this is what you should know. believe me when you feel confused and do not know what to do.
first of all your normal to try to find various information you are need. try to get you going before you actually ask. this is better than when you just ask to find out. in fact, you can get a lot of science from reading and looking for various references. in the future you will not be worried about what you will do next.

The most easy way is to follow the tokens telegram group. Many investors and bounty hunter are out there looking for were the coin are listed in other to sell up the coin and most times the post it in the group.  Another way I do find out if the coin is listed in exchange is through https://coinmarketcap.com and why I like using this site is that it give me all the exchange that this coin is listed.

After you are awarded with tokens, you need to wait for listing on the stock exchange. Until it happens, you can not sell them. And the exact price you also do not know until this moment
To find out when will be the listing - read the group in the telegram

there are many discussions that have discussed what you are asking. it's just that you do not see much knowledge you can get in various threads in this forum.
try to always find information about the tokens you have, both on their official website and in their threads.

If it's an ERC20 based token you may look for the price either in coinmarketcap (in the markets tab) or checking it manually. Example below how:

1. PRL (oyster pearl) look for the contract address of PRL.
2. Go to https://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/ContractAddressHere-ETH.
3. Change the BOLD text of the PRL token.

It should look like this: https://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/0x2a0c0dbecc7e4d658f48e01e3fa353f44050c208-ETH

Since PRL is already listed in forkdelta, either way is possible: https://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/PRL-ETH

As far as I know all erc20 token ( asset under ethereum blockchain ) can all be trade in etherdelta or Idex.
For example in etherdelta, Just change https://etherdelta.com/#(Change_This_With_The_Contract_Address)-ETH

All ERC20 token (90% of the token issued by ICOs) are based on the Ethereum network and are immediately exchangeable on decentralized exchanges. The best now is probably https://idex.market
