Post by: Unfitoutlaw on March 06, 2018, 04:07:29 AM

So apparently I can't use my cc to purchase coins as I got a email saying they have banned the use of purchasing cryptocurrencies with credit card .

So what now ?

Buy bitcoins first on Coinbase with your credit card. And once your wallet has bitcoin, Deposit it to Exchanger and there it can buy Altcoins. It's hard to buy altcoins now, especially if your credit card is used so it's better to buy bitcoins first

If your credit card company won't allow you to use your card for cryptocurrency purchases, link your bank account to Gemini or Coinbase and then purchase Bitcoins or Ethereum.  From there you can transfer your BTC or ETH to an exchange and trade them for the altcoins you like.

It's depend on cc you use banks are too sensitive to receive cryptocurrency payments and even banning cryptocurrency from any transactions. Try to use your local exchange to buy crypto.

Try to use your fiat money to buy btc or eth from apps on your country that has the capability to do so. After the conversion, you can now buy tokens from the company you want but be sure that you have a wallet for that toke first.

You can buy bitcoins on localbitcoins.com as there are many payment options to choose from (depends on the seller). Then transfer to any of your favorite exchange to buy altcoins

If you have a local digital wallet on your country, put some cash on it, it's like Fiat in digital wallet, then from their you can convert it to BTC since all wallet has a feature like, then you can buy ETH using BTC and you can start buying coins from anyone, don't directly used your Cc to buy crypto since many banks won't allowed it due to their policy.

Then you need to cash in your credit card first, then use the legal tender in private to buy bitcoins, then transfer them to the exchange, and you can buy altcoin normally.

Use the debit card, simple as that. I'm sure your bank can issue you one in no time. Using the borrowed money for trading, especially high-risk trading, is not a good idea. That was the reason for this ban in the first place. Banks getting tired of ppl abusing a good system when they accuse hackers of stealing their money but in reality, just doing a bad trading decision.
