hello glad to do the vote i think all the altcoins you have presented are promising though i have voted for the otheraltcoins because i think that neo will be the next big thing this year.

I went with other, imho: ADA (Cardano).

No one knows which coin can give promisable profit in 2018 because I hope no one have the ablity to predict what will happen in future.
So I will say Ethereum or litecoin which is the altcoin for now because these are most stable currency when compared to any other.

it is really strange to see this many advertisement for DeepOnion here and each time there is a new topic with practically the same message advertising it and all the while it is not really doing much to "stand out" apart from the ads.

in any case to answer your question i have been watching IOTA and Nano for some time and they seem to have good potential for this year and they have gained nice momentum in past months which can continue.

Will Litecoin survive when they release the lightning network? Are there other advantages except faster transactions?

If you choose from this list then it is definitely Monero. Since this is an anonymous coin which is already included in the top, so I think it is the best option from this list.

I think $XMR Monero could be doing great in 2018. Other than this $STRAT also has good potential to grow this year. My top 2 picks for March 2018 are $PAY and $NXC !!

in case you didn't know litecoin also has Lightning Network and soon it can be used in the same places that accept bitcoin if they implement things like Atomic Swaps.

and if profit is all that concerns you then almost all the altcoins are options because they will get pumped at some point and will give you good profit. this topic seemed to be about more than just dumb temporary profit though.

i would say one of the platform coins, old answer i know, but i think still holds truth to it. Only with increasing dapps being developed etc. will usage of the blockchain really scale up, and in turn drive development of scaling tech. so, eth/cardano/neo etc.

Well I was watching Oyster for a while. It has already "mooned", but could still go a few "X" because small total supply / mcap. But I think they shouldn't focus on this data storage mumbo jumbo and try to get revenue from their ad-less advertising idea.

What would be the advantage to use litecoin in this scenario? I am not sure if there is still demand for litecoin after they released the lightning network. I can also use bitcoin, it doesn't make any difference then.

I would definitely say Steemit, but I have to admit that I'm biased since I'm blogging there.
Steemit currently has the highest amount of daily transactions and they have no scaling issues at all.

Their service is in constant development and +10k users are joining every day.
Once SMT's are implemented, I can really see it grow even further.

Guys what do you think about TRON (TRX)?

This will be the year of Electroneum. (ETN)
They way they are introducing crypto to users and making mass adoption possible hasn't been done before and if they manage then it could see top 10 by the end of the year.

I believe in Monero, i have a feeling it going to be around for  very long time. Deep onion is also an interesting one, will be watching how far it will go.

The only one in my opinion that is the most promising is Monero. Which my vote went for.

You just can't beat anonymity when it comes to purchasing stuff you don't want anyone to know about bahaha.

if i have to pick only from those list of vote then my pick goes to Monero but besides that i think Cardano, NEM or TRON is good to considered as the promising altcoin and although the price of these coins is pretty cheap i think in the near future possible the price of them will increasing

I think it's only getting started I'm afraid. Once stealth addresses are implemented and the Android wallet are released then DO will be much more advanced than XMR for example. Not initially and probably not before the end of the airdrops either, but both DeepProtocol and the mobile wallet are very close to release. There are other interesting developments in the works, but these two are the ones which will define it apart from competitors such as Verge, Zcash and Monero.

As for the poll question, going to bite the bullet and say Nucleus Vision might be the buy of 2018 for me. Others I have high hopes for is the more risky Blockport as well as Arcbloc.

I've invested in Tron when it was 4 times higher. Hopefully it will come back to that level. What do you think?

Hmm why is list of perspectiv altcoins so small?

Stay away from it! I bought it at $0.15, now the price is only $0.04. Don't buy  any coin because just because it is cheap. There are tons of posts warning people about this project on Reddit after the price skyrocketed. Too bad I bought it before those posts appeared. Now I am stuck. I thought the price might recover, but no, it just keeps drowning.

Better invest your money on some solid projects.
  

I voted for Decent. They seem to have a lot of development going on that can potentially moon the coin. A lot of potential. Might even have a deal with Naughty America.

I think that deeponion has a lot of potential and I hope that after the airdrop it will really start.

I probably cast my vote for Ethreum Classic, with the Callisto fork and some huge update on their community then it might be a promising altcoin to watch this year. And one more and it's my favourite coin Siacoin I never doubt that it will take a top 20 seat on CMC this year and hoping again on the bullish trend.

You've listed a lot of interesting coins, but they are not the most promising. But if I need to choose from your list then I will choose Spectrecoin. I like this coin. It's interesting idea and technology. In addition the coin has a big plus - anonymity.

Monero can be said the most promising in 2018, because from january to march this price is quite stable compared to other coins and the new one with credits because the current Credits rise again and in talking about where and has great potential for makes us rich.

My vote goes to Monero as its also one of prominent coins and has great potential to grow in future.Investment in XMR and hold it for few years would be very rewarding.In other coins i would choose ETH,NEO,IOTA,WAVES.These are also growing coins and i think investment in these coins would also be very useful and rewarding.

Highly undervalued, but far developed blockchain service you can actually build on. Big potential and open source, not a completely controlled system like NEO is.

Decent and dcore are a complete development system for any kinds if dapps and blockchain based projects and allows by far smarter contracts than other systems. And 2018 could be the year of breakthrough for it.

You need to checkout dcore, not only godecent. Dcore allows free programming, godecent shiws only oneexample how to build on dcore.

I'm basically a big fan of Deep Onion regarding the privacy features a lot of altcoins are lacking these days. Nevertheless it seems as the community is pretty much divided between supporters and haters believing its a scam project.

Selling it now just doesn't make sense. Only by selling low you would lose your money. But holding it, it still might get back to where it was when you bought it. Just be patient, with TRON it's kinda special situation, but you never know.

NEO will be the best altcoin this year, the chosen token are now gaining more ICO that convert their tokens to NEP5, this NEO is very good and have a nice way to earn with nEO.
NEO will give you more assets as storing this token will earn you gas which have value.

My vote went to Monero, as I am noticing a huge rise in interest among the crypto-users. And trust me, it is not just the dark market traders who are using Monero. A lot of people are making the payments for freelancing and promotional campaigns in XMR.

Im voting for deep onion. Its focus on anonymous and completely untraceable transactions online is very enticing. It promotes privacy by not recording your ip address. Transactions are easily processed which makes it better than bitcoin at that level. The platform of this alt is very promising so i choose this for 2018.

NEO is my favorite coin. Many people know NEO and buy it. KWH can do surprise this year. You can follow KWH and NEO.

Nice list, I voted Deep Onion but also Oyster Protocol. Apparently people dont know Oyster Protocol. Oyster have huge potential. A real game changer. Basically Oyster protocol is the future of website monetization and distributed storage, built on IOTA Tangle and Ethereum.

I have a few favorite coins that always please me, they are Monero and Stellar. I'm sure that in 2018 they will grow in capitalization and will reach to the top 5

I picked others because most of my coins are into bitcoins and ethereums. I keep hearing about this Deep Onion. Some of my friends are also participating in their airdrops while some just bought some and hodl.

Out of those possibly Monero, I would like to add in Neblio and Blocknet, both will have a very good year in 2018.

Of all the coins in the poll the most promising as for me is Deep Onion. I have been dealing with it relatively recently, but according to some forecasts it’ll increase in price.

I'm sure that Monero in 2018 will prove to be the best. The coin has every chance to rise in capitalization, because popularity only grows.

Hi friend, is the spectrecoin in question is spectre.ai (SXDT or SXUT) ?? if true, I prefer that token, because I think the token is pretty stable.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

About DeepOnion, I believe, as an investor buying from time to time these coins on the exchange, in addition to free hands, that this coin deserves that you spend on it your honestly earned money after an 8-hour shift at the factory. If I were to vote, then I would choose POA, because it improved ETH's shortcomings, and it could be the next ETH, which is better than ETH.
