Title: Cryptopia - HitBTC Affiliate Program Payments Post by: cakmabokgot on March 06, 2018, 02:23:52 PM I searched the forum but couldn't find a solution for my problem.
In Cryptopia.co.nz I have 200+ and in HitBTC I have around 400+ affiliates. These amounts are based on my mid. February records (in January they were both around 100 people). My sister is on both exchanges trading for the last two months and she registered both exchanges with my referral id (I asked some other people who registered with my id, and they told me that they were also trading - but I just wanted to give my sister as an example cuz I witnessed her trading...) Yet on both accounts (Cryptopia and HitBTC) my affiliate balance is "0 BTC, 0$" - no earning and no payment... I tried to contact both exchanges on Twitter and their contact addresses but nope, no response... Does anyone else have this issue? If so this has to be issued in the forum, I don't want people to get excited like I did when they had affiliates.
