This indeed is a nice step taken by the Admins although my assumptions could be totally wrong and you could have been banned for something else. You were banned in this account or in another one? Because I can't see a 7 day ban in this account's post history... If it was another account then you should give us that account's link/name so that we can tell you why you got banned..
