Title: Daily Routines in Crypto Post by: aaacourt on March 06, 2018, 06:08:32 PM Would be really interested in how people are structuring their days to progress in this space. How are people gathering their research into coins. What podcasts are people listening too. Are you reading daily. How much time are people spending in the charts. I'll start - I still work a full time job as a personal trainer. And most of my clients are between 2pm and 10pm. This leaves me with the morning to devote to crypto pursuits.
Wake 8am At my desk by 8:30 - i'll generally start my day with a quick glance at coinmarketcap and twitter. Ive found that twitter can be a great source of information from some incredibly knowledgeable people(providing you follow the right guys) I'll then check my open positions briefly on the charts - looking at potential scaling in/out of position. 9:15 - For the next few hours i'll be looking for new potential coins/projects. Research is done by strategically working my way through coinmarketcap, reading whitepapers, checking charts for good entries for coins i like. This is where i often find myself wondering if im being 100% efficient with my time. I dont have any sort of background in investing and struggle with the fundamental side of things. 11:30ish i'll try to get some reading done - currently reading Reminiscences of a Stock Operator - would recommend. 12:30 - Make some lunch, and head off for work 22:00 - try and get in a workout after my last client. 23:00 - recap day back at desk. I'll also often have a podcast playing while im at my desk - currently trolling through episodes of 'The Crypto Street Podcast' Pretty entertaining, not too serious, easy listen. I pretty dam new at the is game and am still trying to figure out how best to spend my time. Can you think of anything you do daily that has really helped you progress? Would love to know! You can only handle your own time as it should be which as long you are able to managed things well then it should be fine. Having a job together with crypto involvement is somehow hard from the start but once you already get used to it then handling both things wont really be a problem at all. I dont have a job which i do focus mainly my time on crypto. Not all of the hours but i do say almost 6 hours straight or even more depending on how the market moves or the level of volatility.Wake 8am At my desk by 8:30 - i'll generally start my day with a quick glance at coinmarketcap and twitter. The fastest way to know what updates the currency you want to trade or buy.
We have the same start of the day with coinmarketcap. Read, read then read. That is next after all the checking of the charts and the prices of coins. I want to know more about every crypto but sometimes it just gets confusing when they are too many. You might want to select a few that are the best. After reading this, I gather and draw my own opinion on the crypto market and have a way of looking at how to do business in the best way, to make a profit.

I am concluding here that you are spending a lot of time in cryptos. Well I am not like that, I am a student and currently at the busiest schedule of my time so I am only allotting a specific time because I can't really go full time in earning bitcoin. I know people who have sacrificed something in their lives like job and studying just to concentrate in earning bitcoin. I greatly opposed this because of the mere fact that schooling is the most important thing I can have and experienced. Everyday, I would only allot 2-3 hours in complying with requirements and keeping myself updated in the market prices but if I have a lot of free time, I am also allowing myself to continue roaming around just to find new information about cryptos that I can add to what I already know. You're already doing far more than most and your commitment is admirable, as an aside - do not spread yourself too thin, make sure you have some time to relax and unwind because it sounds like you're doing a lot right now. Two things I feel are quite important are 1. reading the news related to crypto every day when you first wake up and 2. getting a feel for how a coins community are feeling about its prospects, telegram (while pretty toxic) is very good for this, how a coin performs is decided by those people willing to buy and sell it above and beyond how fundamentally sound it is. Title: Re: Daily Routines in Crypto Post by: Rotsor on March 11, 2018, 05:44:28 PM I start my day with opening blockfolio as soon as I get up and checking up on my invested coins prices. Than I visit exchanges to see my portfolio value. After that read some crypto threads and than go about my day. I do check the coins prices every few hours.

You may spend your time on a scam project. I bought big ones like btc and eth and just hodl them. I recently invested 100 USD worth ethereum on livecoin.net trading. I have bought few coins on the next day including the 0.4 NEO on that. After that investing on trading everyday. I use to spend the 2 hours plus time on coinmarketcap to find the best coins dumped in the market. Then I keep on changing the potential dumped coins as my strategy. You done a good job, keep hold the coins for 6 months and more you will get the double the amount. Title: Re: Daily Routines in Crypto Post by: Luxrid on March 11, 2018, 10:07:47 PM I have loaded my laptop with 32GB ram and I'm currently using about 150 tabs in total in 7 separate opened windows. Charts, mining, airdrops, exchanges and many more things are there. First thing is to check things that I'm already doing. It takes me about 30min to do that and afterwards I repeat the same thing few more times during the day. Between usual check up I do my research on everything that I get under my hands and eyes. Sometimes I get tired and go out for a walk.

I believe you're the only one can manage your time perfectly but yet you have to get a list of time for proper balance. You can do it on your own once you are having a hard time of time management. If you have a spare time then i guess that's the only time you got but if you have no more spare time then you have to sacrifice the other activity in order to fill the gap.Wake 8am At my desk by 8:30 - i'll generally start my day with a quick glance at coinmarketcap and twitter. And then go around the forum make few comments here and there and login to my account and see how my investments are doing.
Also made few orders If I'm in the mood. I also suggest that you do more time and research the coin that you have investments and try to see what will happen to it in the future. Mostly though I tend to be positive specially tokens. But If I felt that there's future and no value at all but pure hype I will definitely go and sell the coins. 5pm going back to home, doing the same thing, reading tweets about crypto, checking my investments. At home, having fun with my family. Sometimes I do some freelance jobs related to crypto.
