that said now he is saying its for a charity with no website or details to confirm authenticity... hmmm.. charity registration number.. (but anyone can pick a number from a directory and call it theirs) thirdly no description of how the funds are to be converted and what will be 'bought' with them. The same tax break is available for bitcoin as for fiat. In fact, you can donate an old boat and claim that off your taxes too. Donations don't have to be in fiat - they just have to be donations - to get a tax break. |
