There aren't many active debit cards currently, after Visa cut ties with issuer WaveCrest.
I saw news few days ago that Bitpay launched new Visa Debit card, though I don't have much information about it. If you are from EU, you can try Mistertango. It's rather online bank than only debit card. You can open free bank account and get free MasterCard debit card. You can load your account with Bitcoins, spend it anywhere, withdraw up to 200€ once per month for free (for next withdrawals there is 2% fee, not less than €3). I'm using their service without any complaints so far. |
