Are you talking about sMerits (sendable)? If so then obviously you won't be able to merit posts since you have used it all. Currently, the only way to gain sMerits is when a user merits your post(s), half of it will be sendable.

OMG, I really don't understand what you mean ....
If you mean that you gave away 5 merit points (smerit) and you do not have any more, it's because you had only 5 and no more.
For each merit you receive, you will get 0.5 smerit ( you must get 2 Merits to be able to grant 1).

Yup did not read it Just got back this week and to my surprise this merit appears.
