Advertising slots are played out in the form of an auction in the "Auctions" section. Only real projects are advertised. Plus you should be ready to pay out for advertising. Direct ban is only on ICO advertising, banks or funds, and also on that, which has direct links to NSFW content. All this information is available in the auction description.
