If you click on "inventory" and scroll down, there are some really nice Florida homes listed for several million dollars...

cool idea for such a major purchase to pay bitcoins. I hope soon for any product can be paid with bitcoins

This is very nice to be able to buy a house with BTC. Although I do not have so many BTC to buy a house, I hope to see it as a norm and able to buy houses in most of the countries using BTC.

While I don't ever plan to purchase a home, it is good to know I could purchase one with Bitcoin. Hopefully one day that could expand to altcoins like Ethereum and other big caps, but for now this is fantastic!

This is agreat thing. not only that it makes things easier for us, it also implies great things about how cryptocurrencies are being accepted. I just hope that thiss will be international so i could use what i have right now to actually but a property.

I think a major issue with this right now is most people would be converting fiat in to BTC for such a large purchase and without a way to convert fiat to BTC for low commission at a fair market rate they will be better off just paying in FIAT and paying the fees to their bank etc. In an ideal world we will one day be in a situation where btc is that much cheaper to use that there are even advisors and such who recommend it.

This is on of many real world applications of cryptocurrency and it proves that fact that BTC and other crypto can be used in real life and they have real worth also. Advancements in the technology are rarely welcomed in the start, with time people will accept this change just like every new technology was accepted over time.

Why wouldn't you? Don't you plan to settle down and have family or you had already a home to start ?

There will be always room for progress since they already started accepting BTC as payment for the house. Consumers will request to enable paying with other main crypto currencies. We have experienced good services with our local exchange, first it was just BTC to our local money then they improved the app and now we can even exchange for eth so there is a possibility that it may happen to other services too. It's an easing feelings that things like these happens while the market faced reecent turmoils.

this may be a good start, all the stuff can be obtained easily with blockchain technology. not just the house but one day the car can be bought with bitcoin.
The thing that confuses my country still forbids the bull by bitcoin.

It's the good news for the bitcoin holders.I had some bitcoin with me,I had a plan to sell when the price increases.But now it's happy to hear this news.

Real estate combined with cryptocurrencies is a good combination. It offers a great ease of us for investor and business owner to offer a widely payment system. I believe the transaction between two people would be convenient and ease to use. I hope there are many great thing that can be bought by crytocurrencies.

Transacting a good amount of Bitcoin is not that good since the fees are also going up and the fees sometimes are really taking it's time. I just hope other altcoins are added too since these days, Bitcoin is not the only digital currency that is popular but Bitcoin is great for starters right?

I have no problems with it here. But the buyer has to do a certain amount of discretion when buying something large for Bitcoin. Even though they can transact online I would still suggest that the deal must be done physically where both buyer and seller is present. As we might never know if one of the parties will try to run away or for the seller's side showing physically will prevent a bogus buyer on wasting their time. Only problem I am seeing right now is the website looks like a typical "ICO" launch website which is red flag for me as it does not look professional on the visitor's side.

Nice to hear. everyday more and more peoples and companies accept bitcoin and cryptocurrency as payment.
If this keep continues, i believe the price of cryptocurrency will stable in the future because everyone use it.

It also depends on your country rules and regulations. suppose if you buy a house for BTC and your government asks where you got this money and they ask to provide your income certificates you will face a lot of problems. So make sure within your income limit you can do whatever you want but if it exits you have to be careful.

That's a good site, but I think buying now with your Bitcoin is a lose in someway since its price is not like last January or December, it is good to have a look on the houses and the options but it is much better to buy houses when the Bitcoin price increases.

This is definitely a bigger impact on the crypto currency because more people will have the knowledge about crypto. It's also a good step because it will be a big contribution to the future.

Yup! I agree there will be a lot of questionable details about yourself and what form of business you obtain you money even if you have a lot of bitcoin by trading and investing it there should still be a legality where you have acquired it, Well I think it will sure depend on the country if that country is a open minded one about Cryptocurrency because it could bring a lot of trouble in your part.

What a shame that it is only available in the United States. Maybe it's high time to move there. Just joking, there are probably people in Europe who would like to sell a house for Bitcoin or other popular cryptocurrency. I think I have seen such advert once but someone was selling an apartament for a few bitcoins. Unfortunately, it was in a small city where there is nothing much to do so I guess that nobody is going to buy it anytime soon. Giving a discount for paying in crypto would be interesting. This method should be used by estate agents.

Let's say you buy a house today for example for 10 bitcoins.And after a few years, you for the same amount would be able to buy 3 houses. I don't think that's gonna make you very excited.Remember the case when a man a few years ago bought a pizza for $ 10,000.And imagine his condition today. I don't think he would have done the same today. It will be more profitable to convert bitcoin to Fiat and buy a house for Fiat.

I mean, it's definitely a good thing that at least some people are even selling houses for Bitcoin, but I would have expected a few more listings.
There are just 8 houses listed on their website currently, way out of my price range as well :P

This one is nice. I hope they expand soon and not only cover Florida. I hope they spread it from state by state and finally out of America. This is much needed right now because the top priority of people who are working is a house and lot under their name. This would help a lot since the process of payments will be via bitcoin payment and the only thing they must focus on are the papers. This is indeed a good idea, i hope it reaches countries from Asia. :)

This was already in the news, I saw it on TV that some guy is trying to sell his house for bitcoins, thinking he might get rich overnight if bitcoin goes up again. Anyway, things move slowly towards crypto-shopping and there's nothing going to stop this... at least not for now.

This is actually a nice way for us to start having bitcoin recognized as the world’s digitized cryptocurrency payment. If you look at it this way, you can actually feel proud that this has been set-up that this has been a very close look of how our future can be decided or can be influenced by bitcoin. Having it as a payment for illegal transactions is one thing but having introduced bitcoin for real estte is surely man’s greatest step towards accepting it and integrations to our economy.

Why do you can’t buy a house? Home can be used for many things especially investment, property business is a business that won’t die as long as humans still live on earth, it’s very promising because the value will continue increasing due to limited land available. I hope you can consider your thinking.

This is the proof we can make Bitcoin or altcoin as a tool of exchange for daily life and businesspeople should be aware of the potential of cryptocoin. People will definitely adapt when there is something new because they are used to the fast development of technology, at first we also don’t understand what Bitcoin is, then finally we seek out and those out there who don’t understand about Bitcoin will experience the same thing. The more people use it or the more Bitcoin seen in stores or service providers, I'm sure more and more people will accept and use Bitcoin. And then it’s our duty to educate new people using cryptocoin so they don’t caught up in the wrong understanding, FUD or any security issues.

This is good news for cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin, more people involved will strengthen the foundation of Bitcoin further, especially if the businesspeople decide to accept payments using Bitcoin or altcoin, which in fact its use is still limited for few things only, and in the end users have to exchange their cryptocoins into fiat that we know it’s impractical and cost more, especially when exchanging USD into local currency.
