It is risk free only if you do escrow. Any investment into tokens not escrowed in the escrow address are not insured. I am also having an issue with coinbase and I do a lot of escrows with them. They asked me to stop doing escrows and using my coinbase account. So if we get this going here I will use a new address generated on a Trezor wallet. Doing this type of escrow is a bit different for me. What I want people to understand is that I am only going to be responsible for funds invested into the escrow. I also need to do more research on this as I see a flaw. Ie I escrow say 2 btc in investment. and 5 btc is invested by others in non escrow as they are promised a better return. Op skips I pay the 2 btc escrowed and op scores 5btc from the bolder investors . I am transparent guy and I studied this idea of op and this is my concern at the moment. this was done to me in a big s-9 sale where say 3btc was collected by me for gear and seller asked for separate shipping fees of around 300 usd for all the s-9's he skipped with the shipping funds I paid back the s-9 gear money and gave back all my escrow fees to pay the shipping money lost. So based on that I have a concern if op gets a lot of btc in non escrow . say 5btc non escrow and 2 btc escrow. I post this concern to the forum as I have yet to see a way around this possibility happening. I have decided to not escrow this. Besides the mentioned worries above I have been doing a lot of escrows and I have been asked to stop my escrow service. So between my worries about this one above and the request to cease and desist escrows I won't be doing any escrows at all.
