depends how many pcie slots it has.... using a pcie riser cable you can even use the short pcie 1x slots

then do you use cards with 1 or 2 gpus ??

Q: how many pcie slots you have
Q: are you prepared to buy another power supply
Q: what gfx cards you planning on using?

Jon

just found your board has: Expansion Slots: 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16 (PCIEX16_1, PCIEX16_2), 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x4 (PCIEX4_1, PCIEX4_2), 2 x PCI Express x1

so thats a possible 8 slots??? wow thats a lot.... you'd prod not want more than 4 cards tho as i think (depending on the card) they draw som current from the motherboard and more than 4 might be pushing it.... I suppose someone who has tried this might read your post :-)
