Not much came up when i googled them. Some said legit, some said scam. Can't tell.... Well, my browser never failed me on this thing regarding security and malware, so I guess it's safe to say that you'd be better off staying away from that site before getting burned by using their service.

But in bitcoin community, anything that is proven otherwise is a scam :D
If you are really in need of VCC for bitcoins, you can try any trusted providers like coinsbank / spectrocoin and many others.
