Title: Yardstick for Activity rise on the Bitcoin Forum
Post by: teejaymuna on March 09, 2018, 10:33:14 AM
I have been on the platform for quite sometime now and while i am grateful for my growth thus far, I am wondering the rationale for activity growth. I just saw someone with an activity rank of 64 as a Member, yet I and others have higher activity ratings and still have lower ranks on this forum. Is there something I do not know yet? I hope to get good explanatory responses. Thanks

If he have no merits, It means that he upgraded before the merit system got implemented. You will need 10 merits to upgrade: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

In addition to activity, you also need merits now to rank up to next level. You can read all the requirements related to merits on the official thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

As per your current profile stats, you do not have any merit. You can get merits bu making good quality constructive posts. In order to know everything about the merit system, I advise you to go through all the replies made in the thread as well. You will get all answers like "Why I cannot see the send merit button? " " What is the procedure to send merits"  and many more.

Yes - you don't know how to read the stickies and the announcements.  How can you not have noticed the multitude of threads about merits if you have any interest in the Bitcoin Talk forum?
