Not sure what is the most profitable CPU coin but I'm mining offerings at the min with my CPU's in the hope of a decent price when the sci-fi exchange opens in the coming days.... TIX, CPR, Yacoin, Ybcoin, etc. But which one is the most profitable out of all of them. Prime (XPM) is on several market out there trading, ie. Cryptsy, etc.....
