Messages signed with anything but a BTC address or a PGP key aren't considered acceptable proof to recover your account.

what should I do? I never post my BTC address in this forum but just in my profile and was deleted by me.
I just post ETH address and I still have control the ETH address that I posted on the account bhooscream.
And I still have control the email that registered on the account before hacked.
