what the fxck about paccoin ?
i see on this time they touch no.3 in coinmarket.
i never see their ICO or whatever people call,also social media .
can someone explain ?

My thoughts were the same as first but then I saw the trading activities I was like...somebody made a mistake on the database :)

Check the coinmarketcap again, it's gone now.. It's not a pump if you all thinking it was the reason why it's suddenly on top 3. I read somewhere that this was only a bug in the site. but now it's fixed already.

It was on 400k volume, so didn't take much to move the price.

Paccoin is really a scam coin. Today I am convinced.
After the token swap my btc amount went down %90.

33 billion with 400k volume is a joke. It will dumped hard when people start selling and i think its only bug at coinmarket site. No one ever hear about that coin its probably just another scam project no good news anywhere and i also never heard about it ico. And please dont buy it if you wont support scam coin.

Yes, it's a problem with coinmarketcap. They didn't upload the correct circulating and total supply of pac coin. More info on this can be found in PAC coin's official Reddit page.
I think this problem is solved now and there are no glitches.

the marketcap for such an high supply is meaningless, you need to see the volumes for see if a coin is in the right spot! in this case you can see that compared to the others first 10 crytos paccoin has such a little volume, that means that a whale can easily pump a coin like that

It was not a pump and nor was it a glitch. Pacccoin was traded at a 100:1 ratio to a new coin because previously the price was only 1 satoshi.. That's why the price went up but the supply was not updated yet on coinmarketcap and that's why market cap skyrocketed. Now the supply is corrected and it's returned to normal.

This kind of anomaly happens once in a while on coinmarketcap. One of the shitcoins with zillions of supply gets pumped on low volume or just an order mistake to a high value and the marketcap jumps to a top spot due to billions of coins.

I thought that that was a hack of coinmarketcap first  :D But seems that that was just a nice planned pump. I wonder how much did pump group owners made on this

It's just a system error. With 40-50 BTC it is impossible to get 3rd place in another way.

everyone is just speculating , what i heard is they updated wrong circulating supply , as per paccoin tweet , it was fault from cmc side .
in this way paccoin also received free publicity too .

It's #3, because they had a coinswap which removed 3 decimals off the supply, thus a price increase in the value per coin. But Coinmarketcap did not update their supply, so the value of the market cap is around 1000 times more than it should be.

Me thinks that was an insider job, a deliberate attempt at pumping it up, nice planned pump for that matter. But hey, I could be wrong

Lets not park this on CMC, seems Paccoin did some coin consolidation, swapping 1000:1 and it screwed up.  Seems all sorts of problems with exchanges and not everyone who holds understand what happened. Paccoin made a hash of what is a quite technical issue in an unregulated market.

This is an error,like somebody bought 1 coin for 1 ETH on etherdelta. Such issues appear from time to time, so don't consider them seriously.
