TRIFID just anounced an airdrop of TRIF tokens at a ratio of 100:1 to current NEBLIO holders. That means for every 1 Nebl you possess, you will recieve 100 Trif NTP1 tokens. To recieve the airdrop you must have atleast 1 NEBL. There will be a snapshot at block height 166833, which approximately occurs on March 16th (six days to go) to determine your Neblio holdings.

There are two ways to recieve the tokens. First one, (this method is after the snap shot done on March 16th 2018) by entering private keys from your QT/daemon wallet, you can get tokens that were airdropped on the corresponding addresses. You would need to sweep tokens on orion wallet with your desktop wallet private key by following method. First obtain your private key: In the QT wallet, you must unlock your wallet completely, (uncheck the "For staking only" box). Then you can go to Help > Debug window > (tab) Console > enter dumpprivkey <neblioaddress> and note down your private key. Now go to your Orion wallet (bookmark this url https://orion.nebl.io), you can click on the gearing wheel (upper right) > Advanced > Sweep tokens from private key. Enter the private key in the text box (The address must contain at least 0.0002 NEBL). Click the “Scan for Tokens” button. A scan should occur and the number of tokens held on that address should appear. Click the “Sweep Tokens” button.Note: Depending on the number of different NTP1 tokens held at the address this step may need to be repeated until TRIf is transferred.

Alternatively, use this simple method if you are not comfortable with entering your private keys on a web wallet or reluctant to check the block height. Transfer all your Nebls to your Orioin wallet on or before March 15th and wait for the snap shot on March 16th and transfer back your Nebls to your desktop wallet on March 17th. But please note that you will lose whatever the staking weight you accumulated and it will reset to zero.

After the snapshot, the only way to receive TRIF tokens will be on exchanges, which developers hope to be listed on soon. Token distribution will be completed shortly after the Neblio API suite is released. I will write another post for my take on TRIFID token. Thanks for the info! I have few hundred NEBL on Kucoin and seem I will need to transfer it to a separate wallet for the airdrop.

That's it. Airdrop promises a good profit. The main thing is that the coins received are held, and not immediately sold on stock exchanges.

No exchanges support for now ? Is there any possible  Binance, OKex or Kucoin support ? Cuz its easier than to move them to the wallet. As we have seen in other airdrops best way is having support from exchanges. this help price to go up and we will be sure that Trif will be tradable on exchanges too.
As I know its first NPT1 token. its good that we will see soon maybe new tokens based Neblio :)

 The best way to receive the airdrop is to use the Orion Wallet.

the big winner here is not TRIF (that is just an bonus) but Neblio, it has great team and community which is developing in a very high rate

1:100 is a really big ratio, the price of this token TRIF will be low, maybe $0.05 at the beginning? Any speculation about the price?  :)

Possible of 5 Exchange already listing NEBL will support TRIF airdrop?
waiting for the last time before Block 166833, hopefully there is info about the exchange.

I think that the price will be less to be honest because of this ratio, and because of Neblio's price i think the correct price should be around 0.01$ for 1 TRIF.

Finally got the hang of it - the web wallet. NEBLs are tucked in now and awaiting snapshot. Meantime, gonna go read up on this TRIF thingy.
Also, considering NEBL's total supply, don't really think the 1:100 is too much - would have preferred 1:10 though

Read the WP. TRIF wanst to become the currency for payments on Neblio ecosystem. Instead of spending NEBLs, we can now use TRIF for payment and continue to stake our NEBLs. According to the website (http://trifidtoken.com/): "By using Trifid instead of Neblio for payments, precious Neblio reserves will continue staking. In fact, Neblio stakes will increase due to the increased amount of transactions from NTP1 tokens like Trifid"
The 1:100 suddenly makes sense. WP puts the total supply at approximately 1.6 billion, 85% of which will be airdropped to NEBL hodlers

This reminds me of the Waves Community token that was initially distributed to all Waves token holders during the early stages of the project

Ugh.  As a Neblio holder since the ICO that really makes me cringe.  Neblio is great tech and I want to see good projects on there otherwise it can risk becoming the next Waves. 

That's a very genuine concern. Waves has failed to materialize on its promise. Same with Stratis - for me. I'm now all vested in NEBL now. Team is great, so is the developmental roadmap plus limited supply

Usually supports fork and airdrops related binance. But this time I do not know how they make a decision, I did not see any explanation on the subject. They will probably give you the coins you deserve :)

No! you need to send them to the downloadable Neblio QT wallet, or the (probably easier if you don't already have QT installed) Orion Wallet online here - https://orion.nebl.io/#/ (or do a google search for it, best not to click links in forum posts)

I only heard of this airdrop today, my Neblio is in the mobile wallet (android), will I be able to access the tokens?

I check this spreadsheet for snapshot and my address is on it, but if I sweep address in orion wallet it say that: No NTP1 tokens found at this private key :/

airdrop for holders of specific coins are also big risk. some projects are only using this to pump the supported coins, after that in most cases, airdroped coins were going to be dumped afterwards.

I felt good that there were no pump and dump for this airdrop. are there any news when we receive trif?
