Title: Problem with huobi deposit Post by: t1g3r$h4rk on March 10, 2018, 01:23:11 PM Two months ago I deposited an ERC-20 token into huobi. The deposit was made from a smart contract, so that's probably the reason why the deposit had a problem. However, in the deposit tab of this token there is no small letter telling you not to deposit from SC's which is the case of ether. So that's why i did the deposit.
It hasn't been credited in 2 months and I have tried contacting huobi via email more than twenty times. I had invested a big amount of money (half of my savings) in the token and I feel that I have been stolen by huobi. I need the money! Can anyone recommend on what to do now?? You can't buy ICO tokens from exchange wallet only something like myetherwallet or others. I think you lost your tokens if you bought on ICO from the exchange.

A friendly advice, if you will be sending a big amount again in the future, always do a test transaction with small amount first to prevent this kind of problem. You should communicate well with customer service and you should be able to solve them.
