Not sure about anyone else, but I buy in the dip and then it dips further!  Is it best to just stay out and accept that it's all too difficult at this time?

If you are afraid that it will dip further then buy in portions. Do not go all-in with just a single price. You can then average down so that even if you buy at a high price, you can still lower it down by buying at a lower price. Maybe you can buy half or even a quarter of your reserve funds and buy more if it goes lower. It will not go down forever so time will come when it reverse and bulls will come back again. You just need to have patience. If you wanted to short it then you should understand how it works because you borrow money from others and if you make a wrong move and do not put a stop loss then there is a possibility you will lose your funds with just one swoop.

Trade in the dip is just take profit when its bounce and we can not hold coin for long time when we are on the bear market. Always check the market every 4 hours and when you get 3%-5% profit you better sell and take profit then wait for another dip for getting more coin. Why you need to trade?  Can't you just buy coin that you believe it have good inventions that Bitcoin dont have and keep it secure?

To do that, you must first have a lot of capital. You can split up, 40% with the number of altcoins you want to hold, 60% to commercial. I think that is the best strategy you should apply. If you have the ability to manage all that, then that strategy will bring you a lot of profit.

Wait for a few months and wait for the market to stable.. have some profits from that dip, sell and get out!

We never think of selling it right now,  much better to keep on buying if you have enough money to invest and then hold it until it bounce back.  How long we should wait for that is still no one knows exactly, only we have to do is to keep on track and closely monitor it's trend to see if it is gaining already and then sell.

I know it is hard to hold coins when in times of trouble on the crypto market. But this is only the best thing we can do in order to not loose our coins. When you buy during the dip, then you should wait the value of that coin to rise.

What are resistance levels? You can google this and learn more about it but basically, it's where large buy/sell orders are placed and are the usual culprits that restrict the value of a coin from going up or down. Imagine a coin is going up in value from $700 to $750 but then at $750 someone places a sell order worth $1 billion dollars. Obviously, those selling at more than $750 will never get a chance to sell. This is the resistance level and you should usually try to place a sell order before that value. Same goes for buying dips, place a buy order just before the resistance level.

even pro traders have mistakes and doubts, one tip that I want to share is, trade without emotion. Like they said, only one way if you are in the bottom, it is going UP! DOnt be afraid to play the game of uncertainty, take risk.

I don’t think so trading at time when the market is dipping down is a very good idea and that this will only result in loss of your money. It is better not to sell your coins at that time and that you need to stay patient and go only for holding of all your coins. Other than holding, you can also go for buying of more crypto coins if you have this much of the budget as this will then help you in having more profit.

This time is very confusing, especially for investment. Massive corrections knock down the price of any growth and you need to look for alternative ways of earning a type of bounty or Ico.

If someone has really learnt trading or even given some time to digital currencies, he will know that even during the dump phase, these coins fluctuate so for a trader, change in value is all that matters. I think we it comes to trading in general, you need to have lot of understand and experience of it before you decide to trade because you should know when to buy and when to sell. If you feel you can bare the loss when the market is dip and it continues in this trend, you can buy and hold till when the market recover because this is a good way to make profit but if you do not have any idea about trading, it is better to hold your coin till when the market rises

No one is good enough to do a trading when the situation is in downfall. Have patience to wait for the bounce back of the price. Spent your time to your family rather than force to trade and you will lose.

The answer is very easy, don't overtrade mate, sometimes you need to stop trading and look at the market. You can also open a short position every time the price bounce since the market is bearish but it will not work forever. For now, shorting bitcoin is very profitable since the beginning of 2018 but we don't know for how long and you might end up losing your money if the trend change. Personally, I do not leverage trading and prefer to accumulate cheap tokens for the next bull run.

My strategy is to simply not spend my entire budget on a single dip. I only buy 50% worth of what i can afford. Then in that case if it dips again, i have another 50% worth of which i can use to average down my original buy. Good luck mate!

The current sideways and in-correction market is not good for trading. It is a good time to buy any good coins on the dips and  wait until the time it starts going up strongly for trading.

It's bit hard to accept the fact but the best practice would be stay calm and buy more coins if you are more confident. This is the best time to invest and buy more coins when the price is too low. Keep the trust and yes you will be upheld with growth in crypto. Profits are made sure with crypto. You just need to be more patient and trust in it.  Choose the best coins.

In my own perspective,I cannot trade as much as possible because my funds isn't enough for me to do a particular move. Since I don't have lots of received tokens. It is hard for me to trade especially the dip keeps dipping and it's not worth it. Fortunately, I will take this opportunity to continue despite several dippings happened.

You can look up a video on Bollinger bands and buy when the dip is below the bands. It will usually go up shortly afterward. If that's too technical for you, you can always just hold for a few months/year. Eventually it will go back up. Can't just go down forever or no one would be in this market.

There is a strategy adopted by the pros when this is done and that is that when the market goes into the down phase you transition to placing all of your coins into the tether currency and when  that expires and the make goes up you put and invest your money I to the desirable cryptocurrencies
