For now it's very useful for my analysis to do tracking and monitoring. Just one thing I want to ask if coindata.info will work if one of their address do sales or purchase transaction?

Interesting. For someone like me who has little to no idea about what the project actually does,do you mind giving a brief introduction ? Are these the addresses associated with Mt-Gox which are being monitored to see if stolen coins are circulated around ? What is the objective of this project anyway ?

I think yes, they are associated with mtgox and number of coins here is +- same as trustee have "private" to cold wallets. So, every hour is monitoring on these addresses. When from this wallets are BTCs send to another wallet (exchange for ex.), so app make alert for that.

But isn't it that there is a news that the lawyer or the trustee can't moves the funds unless there is a court order? And the next date is around Sept so I'm assuming that there should be no movement from those addresses.

However, it good to see someone like so that we will know if indeed he is not moving the funds around in violation of the court order. Let's see how it goes for now.

This is very useful. Anyone know if there is an official response from the Japanese government or the trustee regarding the future of these tokens. I heard that the court now has to decide what to do with the remaining funds. Is this a long process? Do they have a hearing scheduled on the books? Any good resources to learn more?

Great, you did really created a tracker for the addresses that is associated with that Mt. Gox so if there's a movement it can be the sign.

You have created a program that tracked movement from a particular wallet to an outside which is operating fine but I have just two questions though.

1. The 5% movement needed to create the alert, is the 5% cumulative or at once. For example let's say 5% of whatever in the wallet is 10btc will the alert happen when 10.1btc is being sent, or when the cumulative amount is more that 10btc like someone sending it bits of 2btc every time?

2. To what end is this all about? A project needs to have an objective in this case I am yet to see it. If the alert is created, what would then happen? Do I report to exchange owners, or I stop the transaction from going through, or I divert the transaction to my own wallet or what exactly?

Would like to know such thing too on where that 5% is on cumulative or just focusing on single transaction. If it can be cumulative then this app wont really be useful at all but somehow we can able to see movements of coins into that particular wallet. If there would some movement for sure we wont able to know on the possible things that we should done either to make some reports or just let it be.

Thanks a lot for this work.
I mean I've no Idea if you did this yourself or if you just share something you found interesting, but thanks you anyway.
It could be nice to connect it to telegram to have some sounds connected with movements...

thanks guys. your welcome.

I monitor every single wallet in my list and with transaction higher than for ex 0.001 BTC, star alert. My example: If i see alert, I go temporary with 1/3 portfolio to fiat, with 1/3 to short if moves are bigger.

@klaaas: i see +- same as mine. But with donations unlike me..  :-\

Great idea actually, I'm considering giving a donation for e-mail alerts actually. Is there a minimum donation for that? (Not going to give the minimum, just want to know)
It would even be better if you had an android app, I tend to check my phone more than my e-mail.

thank you!!  no minimum (for ex 1 usd etc no, please - u know what i mean)  :)

If I look at some interesting donations, I have no problem with programming a upgrading this tool - for ex. whatsapp notifier, special channel for telegram notify, etc etc. If I make that, sure I send mail to all donators about new tool/upgrade with free access sure.

Is there any service like this one to use to track other address? I use a googlesheet and it is good, but not great. And blockchain.info sometimes block my access to their api if I request to many times.

The movement of the coins does not mean that they are selling them or that it would have a impact on the price. I can move coins from one wallet to the next, without "selling" the coins. They could even move the coins through mixer services to confuse people.

Some of these coins might not even go through exchanges with the next excercise. A lot of people criticized them for doing that, so they might use another method that would not influence the price.

This is true, and I doubt that remain coins will be sold in the near future. For me,the reason is simple, price is too low and they will wait better price. Also I think I see some info that there will not be any selling of these coins in next 6 months,it is possible that this is not true.

Still I like this small project, we can follow all coins regardless if they are going to exchange or somewhere else. What I'm interested is something else, was it possible to track previously sold BTC from MtGox or these addresses are available as a result of previous sales?

because trustee must have BTC on cold wallets, I mean, if here is move to other wallets, its move to exchange. It is not 100% sure, but sure its good tool for staying "in". Maybe trustee sell wallets "as is" in auction, we dont know what he want to do for now.

My tool is only warning for next price development, nothing else.

I monitor wallets where is not zero balance (or simmiliar)
