Title: If you could go all in one coin, what would it be? (Can't be BTC or ETH)

Just a random, fun question to ask just cause I'm bored. Let's you had anywhere between 10 g's to 20's to invest and you have to go all in on one coin for AT LEAST a minimum 1 year hodl - but it can't be BTC or ETH. Which would you choose?

I'm impatiently waiting for wanchain to be listed on some exchange. Definitely would be my choice. WAN is going to be the big deal this year. Huge technology, strong team and already existing partnerships with such a big players as Icon and Aion. And now one more partnership with Kyber Network on inventing decentralized exchange is announced. I won't be surprised to see WAN in top10 of coinmarketcap in a year.

I would probably say ETN or XVG. Think that at the current prices, either of those coins is good. If you really wanted to gamble and possibly make a fortune, you could try SEND. But, it's not as established. The market cap on it is only around $5mill or so. So it's got a tremendous amount of room to grow. Personally, I don't think I could go all in on anything except the 2 coins you listed we couldn't go in on :P

I wouldn't go all in on ANYTHING right now, since this is a bear market, and chances are we won't see any real growth for a while. Better to wait and buy cheaper coins later.

Well, interesting question.
Holding for one year, I usually prefer go with BTC and ETH, but excluding the two, I might go with Monero, seeing its potential of growth

besides BTC and ETH I prefer NEO, see the current development of NEO which has a fairly rapid development, many also ICO has started offering token using NEO platform, NEO also known as Chinese Ehtereum by some people, so besides those two choices I prefer NEO

There are several reasons why XRP is still cheap. because BTC and ETH got a lot of attention from big investors, but also the attention of small investors and this led to price increases. Another reason is Ripple is a bank-working company, and in this Crypto world it is blasphemy. Ripple is one of the coins that has many enemies. This can be seen in special XRP forums. XRP is for people with an open mind, not for people with preconceived ideas.

It will be Litecoin. After BTC and ETH, I believe it is the next most important coin to hodl.

I will go with NEO. It is doing great with ICOs this year so should offer great returns for hodlers.

This is a kind of a good game. Since you removed Bitcoin and Ethereum from the choices, this becomes a little bit hard to answer. Anyway, I would have chosen one from the rest of the major altcoins such as Ripple (XRP), Stratis (Strat), Waves (Waves), or Cardano (ADA) but it seems they are already on top and they are already fighting amongst themselves of whose going to be the number 3 or 4 or 5 and so on. And so I would choose a little bit new one which I strongly believe will become one of the top altcoins in the near future. I would choose Eidoo (EDO). This has been growing fast.

Almost all in on NEM right now because I believe on this great technology, I know it will continue to go higher this year. People say its risky to put all things in one basket, but for me there's no risk on that as long as its a good coin and it will sure pump over time.

litecoin, if we are not allowed to choose gold, do not worry because there is still silver that we can choose for investment and he is litecoin.
there are many ico platform providers that are better than ethereum, you can choose neo and waves.
the last list is anonymous coins, namely monero and true underdogs, dogecoin.

I'll definitely go for the rank 3 coin right now which is the XRP. Especially today the market went down so you can buy more and can be good for a 1 year hold. And you still expect this coin to grow in the next few years that's why it will definitely be worth it.

And you considered other currency pairs on the market, let's say lisk and iota or monero and dash. There are many possible to choose good options, which will be lower in value but not less effective.

Most likely a stratis, but it is not as good as the rest and it all depends on the developers themselves, anomalous growth is also not observed, but it attracts primarily not by price but technology.

Im a great fan of the cobinhood exchange platform, it is the only exchange with zero fee, also they are deceloping many features to stand out and also there are many free bounties and airdrops for holding their tokens on the platform, the value of cob is severely undervalued at the moment, im sure when the market goes vertical cob will be fast to go vertical as well.

it is impossible to answer this question because there are a lot of dumb moves that you are asking in it.
first you say it can not be bitcoin and then you say it is for holding 1+ year! i am sorry to disappoint you but no such altcoin exists that can be good for such investments. you can gamble with your money and invest in one, but this here is not gambling board.

if you remove the 1+ year hold condition there are lots of options. for example NEM had a pretty good day today with a very nice pump. that is a lot of profit right there in short term.

I would go into Arbitraging (ARB) because i get up to 30% monthly and dont have to risk anything. Its not even gambling just comparing prices on different exchanges  ;D

Probably NEO as it looks very strong and should have a great future. Or maybe NEM because it still looks very underpriced relative ot other coins.

If I am to go in one coin and invest $10K-20K. I will choose Bitcoin cash because the coin is doing good in the market , it among the coin supported by many people from different sector, the cryptoner, developers, exchanges and miners either.

I would choose TRX. It is big gamble, but i think it has a lot of room to increase in value. The TRON project is going to be very big and they have a very good team.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

They are on ICO stage right now and already on the exchanges, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2659058.0

Mine would be credits, in true 'go big or go home' fashion. It will either go to 0 or it would turn in to life changing money. Sometimes in life you have to take a gamble. If I was playing it safe I'd go for some stable coin (not tether, that's garbage)

Waves, for me it has the best opportunity to just pump in near month even 10x more than now and its price is still not to big like it should be for that good coin.

I would go with NEO. It's a strong pick which, I'm sure, won't fail. Besides that, NEO has a great potential in a long-term as one of the candidates to represent China ICO market.

If I had to go all in on one coin, it would be IOTA. Great platform and major company are already establishing partnerships with it. It runs on the tangle network where the more nodes increases the speed. No mining necessary and the supply isn't as high as to Cardano.

Based on my investment ...the biggest is on ICX.  I guess that is it for me too. :D

VEN and NEO are 2nd and third respectively.

PXS is a great choice. Good technology, great community and enthusiastic dev team. All this will help PXS become the top 10 best coin. I think you can buy it and keep it now. It may look like ETH and BTC that you missed the opportunity.

If I would go fully into one coin and it shouldn't be eth or btc it would be MNX at the moment.  I don't know if anybody noticed, but this is happening right now:

- It just entered marketcap top 100
- The price is very very stable and is inclined to rise steadily
- It doesn't give a damn about the current drop in prices, it just doesn't drop.
- You can get 1,8% extra every week of them
- It has just begun

I don't know why there are so few people getting this coin because it's the best investment I did in the last few months. Litteraly everything dropped except  MNX.

everything is available at cheap price, i will still suggest to pick some from the top volume category or you can also pick some recent good ico coins that are trading way below ico prices, you need to do your own research there are many on binance, kucoin and cobinhood exchanges just find and get them.
