Great idea! it's actually fun and you can learn a couple of things from this thread, I have merited InvoKing's post since he didn't get any reward for his right answer and I'm willing to sponsor another merit. I don't have many sMerits to give so that's the best I can do.

English is my second language and I'm very bad with puzzles, so I'll just sit and watch  ;D

Solution was to google Voynich. This guy created a specific book written with mysterious code.
Wikipedia page shows this code and corresponding Latin letters. I have decoded the letters and than there was a "shift" time.
To be honest I just pasted the letters in to shift decoder and went brute-force ;D and that's it.

I can be next sponsor if needed.

Sorry if I just respond today.
But still no one get the correct answer.
While some answer seems pretty random, some of the letter were been present in the real answer like the letter M.
Hope this additional clue may solve the puzzle. I have several sponsors lined up...

It cannot be. There is no letter that repeats thrice. Your O repeats thrice though.

Edit: If you edit yours a bit- MAJORLOCATING fits. But I do not believe it fits what Puzzle asks.

Plus, I think it is supposed to be one word. I do not know for sure.

MAJORLOCATIVE also work but not sure if it match with the clue, its related to language study so can be capital as in capital wording

You have to search for VOCATIZE and NOVA CITY, MAJOR is just part of the sentence, this probably 2-3 words sentence

Find the living thing who is four-legged then two-legged then three-legged?

The answer is (size 1) : Human : baby then adult then elderly using a cane

Well it is obvious but you may find people who cannot figure it out.

When you use a word with repetitive letters then you have to check if these repetitive letters have the same number or not. Obviously, in 'ineptitude' the 't' doesn't have the same number, in 'sweepstake' the 'e' has also different numbers. So your two entries aren't correct.

Is it official Bitcoin forum sponsored puzzle?
No. It is made for fun & learning somehow.

Algorithm is correct.
A process or set of rules to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations, especially by a computer. Those algorithms are used to mine coins. Bitcoin uses sha256d while alts like Ethereum uses Ethash

Campaigns is Correct!
Signature campaigns is a way to earn rewards in a form of bitcoin or alts by helping sponsors to promote their product or services in the whole bitcointalk forum.
But due to the increasing demand, some see it as a for of job or work.

SPARE is Correct!
Some people that into gambling or trading only invest their spare money to manage the risk.
I even my self don't pour all my money in trading nor gambling. It is not my risk appetite to give it all in,
so in order to feel good at it. I usually trow in my spare money on those activities.

Exchange?

Exchange is correct.
Stock exchange were once started in a house or Inn of Van der Beurze in the 13th century.
traders and merchants conducted business in the said location. The term bourse was then evolved to indicate the organized trading venue.

That is a more serious puzzle. Let me try my luck to answer the puzzle, do I just need to send him a pm of the answer? or I will just transfer the bitcoin to my account? (imagining i could decode the puzzle) After seeing the image, reading his objective and process on creating those. It gives me a hit how to decode the puzzle. I think even he said "Hidden in plain sight" it is still not obvious that the amount of separated letter and number will hardly compose of a private key. Thus it need some additional transmutations.

Well, if you could decode it then transfer it to your Bitcoin address obviously.
Good luck it is very time consuming and does not worth the pain only if someone look at it as a challenge.

I'm enjoying common puzzle just like OP was doing but that puzzle is out of this world and will give you a headache.

How about RAKERS, as in someone who rakes leaves, and therefore maintains your garden.  ;D

Seriously though, this one is difficult because there are thousands of words that could fit. We might need an extra clue.
