I sent have now sent you two PMs without response, the latest this morning.
I need to confirm your details and your first post here is very inaccurate also - I DID pm you last week to explain I did not have your details since I could not access the forum (when it was offline for 5 days) and only able to send at the weekend.
Would have been nice for you to actually PM me without jumping the gun and starting this thread as well.
My thread is locked because I do not have time to continually check my thread for replys and ask people to PM me since I do not spend hours and hours browsing this forum however I check my PMs daily.

I can state that Projects sent me a PM on October 11, 2013 at 09:41:53 PM CDT asking me if I could send a transaction via Western Union on his behalf.  At that time I had received many PMs from other users and failed to notice his request amongst the noise of the other PMs.

Without additional information from linuxnewbie about his name and/or location I cannot confirm whether the request was for payment to linuxnewbie or not, but I suspect that it was.

Furthermore it is important for everyone to recognize that the entire bitcointalk website was unavailable from October 2 through October 7.

From communications I've seen, it appears that Projects is making reasonable efforts to make payment on this promptly.

Unfortunately, I am unable to make the payment on behalf of Projects at this time.  Hopefully he can find someone to assist him and resolve this quickly.  In the meantime, I suggest that linuxnewbie keep in communication with Projects via PM and work to find a mutually acceptable solution.
