Real word services, or backing KGC by some kind of commodities. As a first step you could reestablish the shops (none of the listed shops working or accepting KGC) Do the same as igotspots. Pile up some copper, brass, lead or whatever you can get cheap in bulk and make KGC backed by these "commodities". (If it will get some value then you can move forward by buying more relative cheap commodities (like old silver coins) and further increasing the value.) Maybe you can buy or lease some piece of cheap land, lend it as a grazing land and then you can channel this income into your "backing". You can do similar things with some other property. In the meantime you can try to persuade some shops to accept your coins.
