I've just been hit with this problem myself, when trying to withdraw some BTC: "Confirm your email to proccess withdraw" Not a single button anywhere on their site to resend the confirmation email I received when I set up my account, several weeks ago. So I trawl through my old emails til I find the original 'confirm your email address' email, that I got when I signed up. I click on the link on that and get another error: "Error: Your IP-address does not converge with the IP-address which is applied for" WTF?! Title: Re: How can I confirm my email with BTC-E? Post by: m a d r a on June 14, 2014, 07:44:25 PM In fairness, I did eventually get this sorted with BTC-E, but it took about three days, two support people on the case, registering a separate login for the support section of their site and then navigating to my 'profile' page via a different URL than the one the main menu takes you to —just to get a "confirm your email address" link to appear. So, whilst I got there in the end and there's no suggestion of shady dealing on BTC-E's part, I'm still gobsmacked at how much of a hassle that was, just to do such a simple thing.
Seriously folks, you need to do some usability studies on your website! Title: Re: How can I confirm my email with BTC-E? Post by: lafoire on February 27, 2015, 01:01:54 PM bonjour c'est pour confirmé mon adresse yanngros@hotmail.fr
