Delisting will take place on 23/03/2018. If you have coin data, you need to sell it, or withdraw it from the stock exchange to a local purse or other exchange. I saw that they already unlisted a lot of other coins since then. The plus side of this is that they are listing a lot more coins than previously, probably because they now have the capacity to handle them. If bittrex one day lowered its fees to be in line with binance then I think it could compete for top spot again.
