Let me try to answer your question.

Past couple of weeks / months masternodes popped out of the ground as mushrooms, we want dont want to be seen as such a coin.
We have a decent idea, a real purpose of the coin and a motivated team to hit our roadmap goals.

If you read our whitepaper the idea will hopefully be clear to you, now we should take care that we attract real Intermodal businesses and get these companies as investors.
If we are able to pull it of all depends on if we can get them adopted to start using IMC in their daily operations.

We just at the start and we already are in discussion with some smaller Intermodal companies and have an agreement with some already to buy from us in ICO.

I am not trying to advertise or promote it, just giving my opinion. dev are very professional, also if you read whitepaper coin has real porpoise (real life usage)  it should be long term project.  with clear defined roadmap and whitepaper.   to be honest with you nowdays I rarely see such solid projects.   just my opinion...

POS IS higher then MN rewards right now, but because a lot of people are staking, and there is  not so many masternodes in network,  so in the end I believe MN rewards will have higher ROI %, although it may not seem like that now.

Therefore, investors should be very careful with those ones and should have in-depth considerations before deciding to invest their money. Most of them are scam ones, part of them are real ones, and small part of them are good ones.

Yes this is a masternode coin but we don't want to be seen solely like this, we have way more to offer and masternodes are just a small part of our project.

It makes me afraid when people look at the project like this because we are trying to build a bright future and not having it dumped after hitting exchanges like happened for most of the recent masternode coins.
Having an online crypto exchange is one of the things our online community especially demands but I will try to explain our vision in a nutshell.

As said our online community demands an exchange but our vision and the way we marketing it to our interested businesses is as follows;
Intermodal businesses will buy IMC coins and start using it in their daily operations, they will sell internally. By this I mean because it could sound confusing, when another customer does business with them they will sell them the IMC coins in FIAT. So they sell to their customers in Fiat and their customers can spend the IMC coins again with them on the services they offer.
Businesses will have their own "internal" exchange in this way and probably will not demand a public one in the first stage because the ones who will join are investing in the idea long-term and are going to use it in their daily operations.

It all depends on global adaption in the Intermodal Industry indeed and for that we need to get some businesses aboard to get the ball rolling.

We believe that if we can get one or two bigger players involved at the start it will really help us  a lot because the smaller businesses will copy them and adopt IMC too.
For now we have raised some funds but mainly smaller businesses but in this industry a small business is compared big to another industry.

I find that the reward structure is balanced. There's a use case, which is pretty rare. I'm waiting to hear more about the team. I started mining it from the beginning. They started the bounty campaign and I think if they can create a community, it could be a success.

Yes, it is still possible to use solo mining for the coin. Although there is the remark that finding a block this way will be very difficult!

The upcoming week we will use to finish the design completely and getting the backend code as good as ready.

After releasing our 1.0.6 with the new v2 protocol about 2 weeks ago we encountered some small bugs.
Our devs have been working hard to solve these bugs (like the wallet's high CPU usage for example) and making some other improvements.

We plan to release the new 1.0.7 update end of this weekend / beginning next week.

There is more positive news !

Although we did not plan to use the demo platform "live" with real companies and clients already but more as an initial showcase, it's as good as functional and we have several companies interested to test it out and do the first deals over the IMC network. We are considering and discussing to cooperate with a limited group in order to test the platform and see what can be improved from the demo version.

We believe by doing so it exposes IMC a little bit more, some real deals will be done and the most important we will receive feedback from real companies in this industry !

Well done on the update. Having more exposure will help out with the project for sure, so the more you get on board these companies that show interest the more successful it will be. One thing though, you need to make sure that it works flawlessly otherwise the backlash of it can kill the entire project.

This is one of the projects that should get more attention from the public. They are doing hard work on an actual real world project. And good work to. So people keep an eye out for them.

B. Payment delay & payment to customs delay - Again can be done with any coin. Nothing new here.
C. Document transfer - Can be done with any document transfer service / email / any other coin wallet.

They are making a platform to solve intermodal problems. A platform, through witch, the trading and problem solving will be made. That has nothing to do with the coin. I can't see the contracts being made in any cryptocurrency as they are to volatile. This is a conservative and very expensive sector of the bussines. They might incorporate IMC for some other things but the key here is the platform itself. IMC is basically a coin like a share over which you invest in the project and make a masternode with.

I don't know why everybody think crypto is only good for payments. Its a blockchain techonology and decentralization is the key. There are already thousands of payment coins out there. Guess how many will survive for more then a year. Also the price with such a new project is in my opinion irrelevant. Dumpers dump, so what. If the project is a success the price will follow. If not it does not matter anyway.

Now people use your head and figure for yourself if its worth investing in ;)

Update week 23

The IntermodalCoin team has recently started working on the development of the renewal of the intermodalcoin.online website. Our first progress is starting to show and the first designs have been made and currently we are in deliberation about graphics, features and content. Besides the new website we are working on new graphics for the IMC timeline. The design of the new timeline will show the progress of the project with very attractive graphical features. The platform development is also taking its course, most of the backend functions have been rewritten for a smooth flow of the system and responsiveness. Review functions have been written and expanded for a clear overview for each user after collaboration. Our developers are also looking into a chat functionality for the platform as where users can have direct contact and file uploading between parties as well. In collaboration with community team members future plans are being worked out for decentralized database using IPFS and use case for IMC within the platform.

Update week 26

We are glad to bring some good news to the table!
Our development team has been working hard on the demo platform for quite some time now, the development of the platform started out with a laravel framework which did not suit our future plans of expanding the platform once the demo would be released.

In order to have smooth development in the future the new system is using Ajax for its backend functions, bootstrap 3 css and the platform will be responsive for mobile use.
The new system will also make use of a csrf token system and a module system to separate client- and business users for security purposes. We're content with the positive side of rewriting the backend to a more expandable, more secure and stable framework.

The IMC team will create a video on how the platform works in general which will be released the upcoming week. To provide a showcase a few more steps will be needed to grant users limited access and permissions regarding the use of the platform while it is still under development.

- Create a new request part is almost fully functional for client & business users including project budget, start date and location a.o.
In the upcoming week the same functions will be written in order to let business users add their services including an overview page and category filter as well.

 The platform will stay under construction and new features will be added. To give you an idea what we will be working on the upcoming time;
At first we want the 'add request' part to be fully done, for example starting/end date (date range picker) & location need to be added. As soon as the request part is finished the backend of the bidding system will be built.

 Chat/Message system

We are planning to spotlight the progress of the development more in the upcoming weeks! The progression of implemented features will be shared more with our community through small updates on our website and social media

Update week 27

Here is another update in between about our platform development!

We finished function parts in mostly request and bidding part to make requests/bidding more complete. We also refined under laying coding; json string database and edit functions converting and searching in json string. We added the date range picker upon the request/bidding part and added location option (will be completed by an auto-location button and will be implemented in the search function/filter). Location data is now coming directly from database concerning other languages in the future.

Update week 29

We are very pleased to announce our development is back on track and that the IMC platform is ready for a public beta release!
The development of the webplatform has taken huge steps since we decided to use the new system and we can finally say it was worth it. The web platform is running very smooth and we even added reddis for a frame session system. This also results in a very fast webloading improvements (see the GTmetrix rapport for all details)

✓ Calculating rating system
In order to get honest feedback of our users the system makes use of a calculated review system. This way both client- & business users can share their experiences based on collaboration.

In order to make the platform working as smooth as possible we decided to work with frame sessions. When a user logs in the system auto generates a user session and writes the data to file (redis in this case) The advantage is that the framework reads the session from files but all data is still stored in the SQL, this provides a far better user experience.

Beta platform can be written in Excel, probably faster and better.
The platform does not even use the blockchain so the coin is completely useless.
Discord is empty.
No seen development since months.
Dev can´t even send Bitcoin properly for the Copper membership.
Concerns about the project will get answered with bans, best example for a bullshit coin nobody needs.
