Title: How wars can affect Bitcoin?

While commenting on one of threads over here. A really interesting thought popped into my mind. What will happen when there will be coming a huge war?
Even a World War III? Will Bitcoin pump or dump? What role will Bitcoin play? We all know the economy and the currencies are very vulnerable in wars.
I would like to hear some interesting thoughts, even maybe some full detailed articles? Anything would be very welcomed.

I think volatility suits bitcoin at this current point in its development. We've seen a very noticeable spike in value overtime there has been a global conflict. In the case of world war 3 well, it could become the main currency but I envisage world war 3 being fully scale nuclear war so I'm not sure I will care what currency is in use at that point

In my opinion, Bitcoin only exists in peacetime. Because of the complexity of BitCon, if the war all over the world we do not have time to focus on developing applications, etc. And when the war is limited electricity, internet .. I think In the war people will no longer care about BTC and BTC will die.

May be bitcoin price will rise, korean and japanese people buy bitcoin due to the growing war in north korea. In my oppinion they will buy bitcoin so when war is happen then they still can use their bitcoin outside of their countries and the citizens can support from outside war zone.

If there will be a war then expect a massive dump by the community but still bitcoin will stay just like internet. But for sure we are going back to stone age and after war there will be a one world government for sure.

I think if something like this happens, the price of Bitcoin will increase as people will lose the faith on govt. and will try to secure their money. Keeping cash with them can be very risky so they will try to secure their money by converting into a digital form where no govt can affect its value. This will inc the buying vol. in the market, hence the price will rise.

A war will certainly affect Bitcoin if the transatlantic communications cable or similar is targeted for a breach. That means that no internet communication can happen and will result in worthless Bitcoin, at least for that time. The war could possibly even include EMPs, which means that all data gets erased and so does the blockchain, assuming that it is deployed in a big range. But the same can be said about banks, as I don't think that they still have physical written copies of their database. The only thing that will actually have value during a war is gold and other precious metals.

The price will rise. If there is a war in a country, people will prefer to put their money into a decentralized currency such as bitcoin. Because they will be able to use their money in abroad easily and without any difficulty and they won't need banks any more.

It will have a dramatic effect people will first keep their safety first more than anything else there will be a major disruption of internet activity and bitcoin could crash at it's the lowest level if the countries that are actively participating in the wars are active in cryptocurrency the trading will have significant effect.

Unless people are looking to invest into something to store their assets in something other than traditional currency to avoid any issues with fiat currencies being affected by war. I don't think Bitcoin itself will take much of a impact directly from war it will be more of the impact it has on traditional currencies and what the people invest into.

We don't know what will happened to bitcoin in case a war break out in the future. But for me, bitcoin is not suited for this kind of situation. Although is can be used to hedge and to store you wealth in this crisis, it will be gold who will play a vital role. We have seen it happened during the last Great War as Britain used to pay its debts from war or even buy raw materials like steel and oil during and after the World War.

Only 2 cases have been so far documented bitcoin to be very useful during crisis. That is Venezuela and Zimbabwe economic turmoil. We never been tested in a War because obviously we haven't witness one yet.

Bitcoin should impact wars because there is money with Bitcoin. People can transfer millions without a bank or with someone that needs to verify the amount.

It depends on the scope of the war, if the war is local then that is not going to have a great effect on the price of bitcoin however if it's as big as you are proposing and we have a World War III then everything is over, nuclear weapons would probably be used at that point and it's likely that the Internet will become heavily censored it and it's likely the same will happen with bitcoin at least on the first stages of the war but if the war is as bad as we think bitcoin will be the last of our problems.

Bitcoins would be the least of your concern if World War III breaks out. Cryptocurrency is dependent on the internet, telecom infrastructures will be targeted, even satellites. There is a thread somewhere in this forum...No internet, no bitcoins.

If war breaks out, the legal currencies of all countries will be affected and they will not support transactions with each other. Then the price of Bitcoin must rise and become the mainstream currency between the world. Most countries in different camps will use Bitcoin for trading. Because they cannot monitor, everyone can use Bitcoin to trade.

War or any kind of big issues are happening in the world it is totally collapsed. Because crypto market is day by day circulation is important in this platform once it will stop sudden dump is possible in the Market. The important need of crypto platform is internet so some crashes are possible in the huge war it is completely destroyed.

You might be right but I think there would still be a lot of users that will sell their coins for self-preservation especially to those countries who are in the middle of the war. How did I end up with that conclusion? Let's say people evacuated from the war zone and choose to go abroad or to evacuate in other countries, most likely they wouldn't have enough money on hand that they could use whenever they are already or successfully arrived in a safe zone or country. The chances of these people to cash out their coins are high given the fact that they need food, shelter, clothes, and other basic necessities. If these happen there might also be a chance that the value of Bitcoin will depreciate as a lot of people did cash out of their coins.

If that happen maybe bitcoin will dump because all holders are selling bitcoin to convert it in to cash. And i think bitcoin totally dead if have a huge war because internet will die.

If World War 3 happens , you will not have much of the infrastructure and machines left to calculate your bitcoins profit. Also, there will be a few people left and most of the financial institutions will also get destroyed. I guess money will not be that important in such a situation. There will be demand for only basic jobs like agriculture and reals estate work for constructing new homes. All those mining equipment will also get destroyed and I think bitcoin will completely collapse in such a situation.

It is the end of all cryptocurrencies. Or only the one with safe place can continue the works. So, maybe those dictator will keep it alive until the peace come. Even if it maybe the end, we can still keep the private key for the future, right? Whose knows what future will become.

When the war took place, I thought that the Internet would be closed. In this case, I think that Bitcoin would become worthless at that time, because the Internet is one of the basics of Bitcoin. If not, people can't trade, then Bitcoin. The role will be gone.

If the war is of a local nature, it can cause an increase in the price of the crypto currency in this region, as we saw in the example of the Korean region. However, if the war is global and will affect most countries, I think that the Internet will be disrupted and it will stop working. At the same time, access to the crypto currency will not be possible, they will simply forget about it because people will have other problems and, above all, the problem of normal survival. In the period of global cataclysms, barter comes first in trade, even gold and precious metals may lose. its importance.

I think it will have a huge impact, even the economy of the country will drop down and affect the inflation, and it will drive bitcoin price to drop down, because there will be less transaction when there is a war, and the Internet will be broken, people will be thinking of surviving and they will used the easiest thing to buy things, it will be either fiat or gold

I'll say dump. Discussing this enormous phenomena is just between governments to governments. A process of purchasing weapons will always be back to basic, of course using our legal currency mandated by law. The first public action to do is to be secure and sufficiently sustainable. This digital currency maybe stop without specific time given when will be the war ends. On this hypocritical idea seems like it's an ambiguous circumstance to think because I think it will not be possible to happen.

I think war can effect Bitcoin in just a positive way. With a big ( world) war all people and governments are not secure/safe, so many people would try to safe their money in alternative ways. One of them is surely bitcoin.

Title: Re: How wars can affect Bitcoin?

I think the price will pump but it depends on who the war is with. North korea will buy up all the bitcoins so they can spend it on weapons from dodgy dealers. Buying guns and missiles on the black market must cost a few million btc! Financial sanctions will be imposed so bitcoin will be the only way to buy stuff.

The Internet will survive the war  the Internet was dessigned to keep the government communicated in case a war broke out but you need to understand that if that was the case the Internet will become heavily censored so it is very likely that the bitcoin traffic will be blocked since it will be considered it to be a threat against governments and the military.

Keep bitcoin aside, if world war III really happens then there will be no one alive to use those bitcoins. Let's assume the war is live. all the countries will strive to save resources for future like food, water, electricity and countries will have a military rule which may stop bitcoin mining. without miners, bitcoin transactions don't work and become obsolete

Super powers from around the world have armed themselves with nuclear weapons and if WWIII would broke up, nuclear holocaust will occur and human extinction is inevitable. If you do survive the initial blast you have to face radiation yet again for a very long period of time and bitcoin would be the last thing that would enter your mind.

As we all know war will give a great impact to the community in terms of currency value during and after the war. I think same like fiat, bitcoin will be affected as well since food and commodities will become expensive after the war. Means bitcoin value will rise as well. But hoping that there will be no world war three, as it will destroy the rapid growth of technology that we are enjoying the benefits nowadays.

That is very doubtful, it is very likely that in the case of a war there are going to be price controls and it's likely the government will try to apply a price control to bitcoin as well they will fail and then they will ban it, that will be bad for us but I cannot blame them the future of the country will be at stake, so I really think that the asset that will grow is gold and not bitcoin because people will prefer to play it safe.

The operation of Bitcoin requires some basic order. The conditions for Bitcoin's security are also based on these basic orders. If any of these orders are not established, for example, there is no stable network environment, there is no stable power supply, and there is no physical security guarantee for miners, the value of Bitcoin will not be established.

It is said that Bitcoin is used to hedge the risks. Should the war break the power and the network? Oil and gold are materials that can be used for war purposes. Bitcoin can't eat and can't build weapons. In extreme cases, Bitcoin may disappear.

war? In the event of a war, I think that Bitcoin is playing a more important role. Our currency conversion does not need to go through an intermediary bank at all and is free from the danger of being robbed. And the anonymity of Bitcoin also helps spyware. I think Bitcoin plays a huge role in the war.

Only need to consider the issue of virtual currency transactions in the case of poor network. This problem is not only the issue of Bitcoin, but also the problem of all electronic payment methods based on the current network. Bitcoin can't be used at this time. You can't get 3 billion U.S. dollars in your bank.

Very good idea, but I think bitcoin is not very useful in the war, because the war may damage the signal and the power grid. If there is no internet, you can't trade in Bitcoin. The war will destroy the land and cause people to become homeless. Think Bitcoin is not suitable for war.

It depends on the size of the scale.
If it is a financial turmoil caused by local wars, bitcoin will surely skyrocket. If it is a full-scale war, such as the Third World War, which is mainly based on nuclear weapons, it quickly sells all valuable things and replaces them with long-term preserved food, drink, wear, use, and study field survival skills. Running in the mountains. This time no use of gold, who will remember the existence of Bitcoin.

The impact of the war on Bitcoin is significant. People may need more physical things in the war, such as snacks and daily necessities. The high transaction costs of Bitcoin are not conducive to the purchase of these low-cost products.

In the event of a world war or global chaos, Bitcoin's currency will quickly collapse, even worthless. The currency itself has little use value, only exchange value. It is based on trust and consensus.

It would be very bad when the war happened. War certainly has a huge impact on bitcoin. Because the war will destroy all property, people, living environment ... will make the country exhausted. Economically less developed, how can develop bitcoin. Most of the people involved in bitcoin are big financial corporations or bosses, rich people. The power of bitcoin depends a lot on their investment.

Some networks can use Bitcoin in alternative ways, plus the satellites in the sky. Although they are troublesome, they are not necessarily useless. Is it possible to destroy the wars of the world's networks, probably the Third World War, or Star Wars?

In the event of a small-scale war, bitcoin may not be much affected. In the world wars, the public’s trust in various currencies (second-tier cryptocurrencies, bitcoins, banknotes, diamonds, precious metals, etc) will gradually shrink. The first to abandon currencies with low confidence and low degree of consensus will eventually be concentrated in one or two currencies. A currency with a high degree of trust goes up for hard currency. Its great chance is gold, a currency that has experienced thousands of years of human social turmoil. Its trust and consensus are the highest.

In my opinion, war can bring bad impact for bitcoin. Since bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies are not primary neccesities, its just an investment. If war happen, bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies holders will sell their bitcoin because they need to buy primary neccesities such as rice, bread or medicine to keep survive.

Certainly the war has affected bitcoin. Bitcoin will die or will drop when the war occurs. Bitcoin exists thanks to the investment from the players. War will affect many aspects of life. Especially the economy is exhausted, human life difficult. So they would not be able to afford a big amount of money to buy bitcoin.

The role of bitcoin is to be something that will disturb the fiat currency, but the controlling it is not the bitcoin itself, but is human, with its misconception of bitcoin function, humans will assume that bitcoin is the substitute of fiat currency, whereas the bitcoin and fiat currency are not for compete but to complement each other.

wars is the word which many people does not liked it because it can bringing huge chaos and eliminate people's lives and if this is happened then i think bitcoin probably worthless because when world war begin then people around the world will only care about their life and also the countries does not care about cryptocurrencies and they will more focus to war and how to win it

Due to bitcoin decentralized nature war wouldn't affect too much, however till that, if a war country main currency is Bitcoin then it can affect a lot.

Actually wars bring big chaos or disaster  to all the entire humankind ,if this would would happen now the first things, will much affect the  bussiness trading in that country, and even though cryptocurrency investment will die, because all infrastracture, investment, capital, internet and other form of resources will diminished  and  turn back  to zero.thats why we dont like wars because its destroy everything and turn  to nothing.

I think Bitcoin would be an easy way to send money to different nations in an "anonymous way", not only Bitcoin, but Crypto-Currency in general, it could be used by people helping each other to have money to survive or by governments to help allies. A World War always make a lot of damage everywhere and it's possible that at some time internet would stop working for many people, then Bitcoin would be worthless.

I imagine Bitcoin would play a secondary role in a war, usually people are more interested in physical goods than money during wars.

My opinion if a war occurs, will not affect Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin belongs to the crowd. And the role of Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency will not change even if war happens. Instead it may be a small dump will happen.

perhaps their picture of the role of bitcoin when the third world war would be a source of money for the economy and the material money for the war seemed to be wrong. this technology is created in this era and there is the culprit behind this bitcoin money created for investment and exchange of world currencies not for other interests or materials for this war will stop operating and can not be cairka again if the world vulnerable to violence.

Little wars could possibly boost Bitcoin's value, but big wars would probably crash it, since Internet would probably be disrupted or it would be at the risk of being disrupted. I would anyway not bet on wars as a good thing for Bitcoin.

If such a war occurs, then definitely people would give first preference to their food and shelter.A Actually no one would be ready to sell any products and accept bitcoin as payment at that time.So people would start selling their bitcoins much earlier on seeing the war signs. So it will cause bitcoin price to crash as the supply of bitcoins in the market would exceed the demand.

May be bitcoin price will rise, korean and japanese people buy bitcoin due to the growing war in north korea. In my oppinion they will buy bitcoin so when war is happen then they still can use their bitcoin outside of their countries and the citizens can support from outside war zone.
I do not agree with you, because when the war happens bitcoin will not be noticed by them, especially with a long transaction and expensive transactions. so the bitcoin value will fall and not even worth it.

but if before the war, they can buy weapons using bitcoins. because bitcoin can fool the enemy.

I think that if there is an international war, the price of bitcoin will fall because war will affect the country’s direct peaceful development and affect the economic market.
And not only that, in the case of war the priorities of the people change substantially people no longer spend their money in useless stuff as they do in peacetime they are going to save every penny just in case they need that money in order to buy something important, and in the middle of the war an speculative investment like bitcoin is not going to be the priority of the people.

I think fiat money in peacetime is universal, but in wartime fiat money will be affected by inflation, or even worthless.

The best currency in times of war is gold and BTC. The more volatile the situation, the greater the price of BTC and gold.

Personally , i think that war will have big impact on the value of bitcoin. In war , countries need to buy weapons, but they will prefer to buy it anonimously to avoid any problems. They will have to pay it in Bitcoin. Therefore, the demand on bitcoin will increase , which will cause its value to rise.

It depends on the kind of war, if the war is local then that it is not going to have a great effect on the price of bitcoin however if it's as big as you are proposing and we have a World War III then everything is over, nuclear weapons would probably be used at that point and it's likely that the Internet will become heavily censored it and it's likely the same will happen with bitcoin at least on the first stages of the war but if the war is as bad as we think bitcoin will be the last of our problem, we would be thinking on how to get spears and begin another revolution. Lol

I believe that when thing won't be in order, then everyone would seek the safe place to keep their wealth and as we all know, banks have no responsibility to keep your money safe and if there is any critical issue with the cash crunch, bank can deny payment to you even if it is your money and it is likely to happen during the situations like war. On the other hand, you keep your money in crypto and you have full right to use it in the way you want but there is a risk of price volatility. However, I would still be happy to have some part of my money instead of clear rejection from the bank to use my money. Something is always better than nothing in my opinion.

Wars based on economy
Btcoin is the economy
In the future btcoin will be our economy and it will be a wepon that people use to fight
There is what we call war economy it happen between those who have a strong economy
So If btcoin will raise the economy will raise and a big bad war will happen .

War is destruction, I do not expect that. If the Third World War is organized. Then Bitcoin can move on both, (one) for help in the war-fed country, Bitcoin can be used, for supply of food and medicines. (Two) People can buy bitcoin for their money savings. All the countries will be able to buy them through their Bitcoin, Ammunition,Bought, and this will increase the price of Bitcoin.

The price will rise. If there is a war in a country, people will prefer to put their money into a decentralized currency such as bitcoin. Because they will be able to use their money in abroad easily and without any difficulty and they won't need banks any more.

Absolutely agree with you. But there would be a problem for countries which haven't accepted BTC yet...

If World war three breaks off who would think about bitcoin at that point, people would be ruining for their lives and trying to find shelter and safe place to hide, i would say that if world war three breaks off in a specific place like middle east for example it won't affect the bitcoin price as much as it would if it breaks in USA or Europe, because it only affects the people using bitcoin in that area, the percentage of people using bitcoin in middle east is very low and it won't affect the price of the bitcoin, and the percentage of people using bitcoin for example in Asia are high so it would would affect the price, you see where i am going with this.

Bitcoin is often used as a crisis currency. South Korea and China share land borders with North Korea, and both of those countries are currently large buyers of Bitcoin. Should a war break out, I imagine you would see considerable amounts of South Korean and Chinese wealth move into Bitcoin.

When the war took place, I thought that the Internet would be closed. In this case, I think that Bitcoin would become worthless at that time, because the Internet is one of the basics of Bitcoin. If not, people can't trade, then Bitcoin. The role will be gone.
Yes you are correct internet is the bridge to make transactions in bitcoin. If they have wars internet had affected on it in the bitcoin become worthless on that time, how we can make transactions an investing or trading we can't earn, it can turn big crisis in bitcoin world.

If World War III breaks out, it definitely would be a nuclear war. I don’t think people would have time to check on the status of the cryptocurrency market. Or even if one do have the time, the internet will probably be not available due to EMPs and the destruction of telecom infrastructures including communication satellites. The value of bitcoins would probably be off the charts.

First I hope there is no third world war or any other war of course naive hope, then whether bitcoin will pump or dump answer is dump. Because war will affect the market too, then what role is taken bitcoin at the beginning of war in my opinion it will be very influential. And at the end of bitcoin war will drop very rapidly along with the economy. Bitcoin will not be used if war occurs and this will cause unstable demand/supply, indirectly the price will dump.

A lot of the systems could just flat out fail, because they're not designed to handle an Internet partition. Say the US and China end up on opposite sides of a legit war, and someone cuts all the undersea cables. Blocks are not going to get exchanged between the two sides, and much of the mining power might be on one side.

People might stop mining because they need the electricity for something else.

A government at war might ban the whole space as an unacceptable risk, because of its potential to be used by foreign powers and spies.

Last mile or residential Internet and power access might be disrupted in a war, making transacting in cryptocurrencies impossible.

There are software systems that might work well in wartime (anything with light resource requirements, a fallback to sneakernet, and a lot of delay/asynchronicity tolerance), but blockchains are not one of them.

Well, if you ever studied history in class, you would know back in WWII, the USA had the largest gold reserve making them the wealthiest economy at that time. Gold is a commodity (duh), which no longer supports currencies ; hence the term Fiat Currency. During bad times (war), gold was the safest investement. But now that we have bitcoin, it is debated whether bitcoin is the new gold (as it is not back up by any government, or has no control at all).

Title: Re: How wars can affect Bitcoin?

Well, you’d have refugees trying to flee the country and trying to bring their wealth with them, BTC would be perfect for doing this. This could cause slight increase in value for BTC in the short term.

But if North Korea attacked, then they would probably take out South Korea with them. South Korea is the third largest volume in trading now after in the China ban. Currently only 5% of the total volume is done by them. It sounds small now, but I could total see SK taking up 15-20% of the market share in the future, and if the SK market is gone this would slow down the growth of cryptos. This would be bad for the price in the long term.

There could be both positive and negative options during a war .
First of all let's look at the positive ones :-
 * If there are 2 counties engaging in wars then they will then to use up their supply and money and their economical value will go down, the local currency can literally be dead , but Bitcoins is supported by the whole world thus it can really help people at that time as long as the two countries engaging in war are not so big supporter of Bitcoins it won't have an effect on that and could be a really great investment.

* Sometimes the government takes over and cuts the supply of money at that time Bitcoins can take over and be used by people , since it's essentially decentralized.

The negative impacts could be :+
* If the war is so destructible then people would loose everything their food supply their water supply and that could mean no internet , meaning no Bitcoins usage , they won't be able to encash even if something happens ..it will be useless.

Of course bitcoin can make a war, i mean when someone do a transaction through bitcoin, it can't be cancelled by everything. Not like transfer money from bank account to another bank which has limit. If any country transfer any amounts of bitcoin as war cost, the bank can't cancelled the transaction. However the amount of bitcoin can't be cancelled. So the war can be easily happen through bitcoin.

Maybe the bitcoin price will go up. In my opinion, they will buy bitcoin so that when war happens they can still use their bitcoin outside their country and citizens can support from outside war zone.

For me, this will have a huge effect in bitcoin especially when technology is affected and also freedom. Well, we all know that bitcoin is ran through internet and technology, when war comes, the usage of technology will be lessen and also the freedom of people using it will be limited and in that way the demand for bitcoin will decrease and because of that, different branches of problems may occur.

When there's trouble on the horizon, the price of valuable commodities such as gold increases sharply. Bitcoin being a commodity such as gold, it's price too will rise when there's an active war, whether in the Middle East or in Korea, the two likeliest flashpoints in the world at the moment.

The dump cycles, as older investors seek to reap the benefits of the heightened prices, might affect the price; but sure, there will be a sharp uptick in Bitcoin price in the event of a hot war, and the attendant global instability.

If a country is focusing on bitcoin and they hold a large amount of bitcoin, then I think that if they want to buy weapons from different countries. They might be using bitcoin and if the percentage of what they are holding is above 5%. It will hit us hard.

during war people prefer traditional assets like gold so it's not a good time for bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. the best time for bitcoin is peace and growing economy.

I think war is not a good one to happen, because is a something that causes damages and destruction, base on that, war can not affect bitcoin, but it rather affects the market price of bitcoin, because bitcoin is human resources, which no trading we take place and it affects the numbers of investors reduction.

As per my opinion war will not have any effect or if it will have some effect it will be of very low volume.  Because it is not controlled by any governments that  is why the disputes among different nations or governments will be having very low effect if the war happens.
There may be little inflationary effect and the value of bitcoin may increase.

In my opinion, I think bitcoin would be the least priority of the most of governments and people. Bitcoin is the best when on a peaceful events and when the economy is increasing. If war would be happen (that I wish shouldn't be) people will not be bother to look at or check their bitcoin. They will not waste their time to read and post in any thread or news about it. Morelikely, electricity may be cut so we couldn't access the bitcoin.

The operation of bitcoin requires some basic order. The security of bitcoin is based on these basic rules. If any of these order is not established, for example, no stable network environment, no stable power supply, no mill no real security guarantees, then the value of the BTC is not established.

In my opinion, Bitcoin is only there in a time full of peace. If there will be a war then expect a big dump by the community but still bitcoin will remain as internet. Warhead will certainly affect Bitcoin if the transatlantic communications cable or the like is targeted for violations. That means that no internet communication can happen and will result in Bitcoin being worthless, at least for that time.

Wars could affect bitcoin in one way or another, in a sense it may positively affect bitcoin because it may become the most prevalent currency during the war. But on the other side it may also affect it negatively since wars negatively affects technological progress.

Make peace not war. BTC can be used in war but why think of war when we should always think of peace and prosperity.

This is a difficult question. Of course,  fiat money is devalued during wars. But this does not mean that bitcoin will grow and there will be sufficient demand for it at this time.

Bitcoins would be the least of your concern if World War III breaks out. Cryptocurrency is dependent on the internet, telecom infrastructures will be targeted, even satellites. There is a thread somewhere in this forum...No internet, no bitcoins.
If no internet how we transact in bitcoin it's  a big problem for us. If there's war it may cause to cut the of internet and other lines of communications. And lot's of investors getting panicking if it happen and may cause to affect the value of bitcoin. I wish it won't happen cause lot's of country can destroy of that wars.

I think bitcoin could possibly find its greatest use during this time because many people will try to secure their finances as they'll be moving from one country to another. There may be wars, but bitcoin will be the main currency everyone wants to use as it is universal.

A war will unquestionably influence Bitcoin if the transoceanic interchanges link or comparative is focused for a break. That implies that no web correspondence can happen and will bring about useless Bitcoin, in any event for that time. The war could even incorporate EMPs, which implies that all information gets deleted thus does the blockchain, accepting that it is conveyed in a major range. In any case, the same can be said in regards to banks, as I don't surmise that despite everything they have physical composed duplicates of their database. The main thing that will really have an incentive amid a war is gold and different valuable metals.

I think that bitcoin price depends on such massive events. If there is war, then the price will change, like always wars affect dollar. it becomes volatile and the price increases. I think it will be the same with btc

In the first that will be off that would be power and with the power down of any thing or anyone in the country will affect that economy and the currency of that country. If the attcacking country wins then the currency of the lost country will be lost forever and it will take time even to bake up and to reach it first place. But if the attacking country loses then the currency of the defending country will pump and then all of the currencies that will be Going at that time will automatically go up and the economy will be more stronger than before.

These are two situation i think will happen if the war breaks out in any country in the world.  8)

Bitcoin will be wiped out if war happens. Bitcoin need person to person, internet, electricity and a living economy to perform, but when war happens all these I have stated will be wiped off and it depends on the impact of the war. If it's something we all can quickly build the world back then it's effect will only be minor. Let's not hope for war because its going to affevt so mamy things including daily living.

I figure war would create uncertainty and instability in the fiat and centralized currency markets. This in term might lead people to alternative stores of value like gold and hopefully cryptos.

bitcoin has a big role if there will be a huge war, a lot of people will sell bitcoin for weapons and of course for their safety bitcoin go dump, pumping will never be happen if there will be a war because networks around the world specially third world countries will have no access to internet. a lot of bitcoin and altcoins will be stock and lost because of the war, and that will be the great crash not just on bitcoin but in all countries. The people who have access on the internet will be very limited and those things will have a huge effect on bitcoins value. But i think world war 3 will not happen because a lot of country leaders are very wary of this because world wide market will fall and everyone will suffer even if a specific country wins there will be a huge lost, no one will gain in a war every countries or people will have a huge lost

It is hard for those affected areas because bitcoin needs internet.IF their is war electricity might collapse. And it is hard to transact or no transaction be made when their is no electricity.Bitcoin needs internet when their is transaction.

When a battle occurs access to the internet is lost and people will lose access to their bitcoins. Most people keep their personal keys on the computer without making a copy and this is what will make them lose their money.
And at times like this there is nothing that can be relied on besides making a payment with barter.

War never come to us positively. It always bring some negative result. General people like us never benefited from war. As you say if third world war come people fall in great trouble. The computer, Internet and electricity will not available at every place. Then people will not care what the price of bitcoin and what the value of other currency. The one thing they will think to survive. They all want to survive from War. But after the end of War then the price of bitcoin will be considerable level.

everyone will need a lot of money to survive
Digital assets will experience a tremendous drop, not just cryptocurrency alone, but it will have an impact on the stock market, and all kinds of investments
and when the world war is over, what's left is where the crisis is
