Most of the time, I will only know the token of the ICO project how to distribution, the proportion of allocation is reasonable, then I will probably know something about the ICO project want to do, and then search it open source code, I think this is a qualified ICO project should have.

Reading white paper is important to me. Through reading this, all information about the ICO I need is captured. In white paper you will notice if the target and platform of ICO is reliable also you will notice if the road map and vission is relaistic and achivalbe. Though this you will know the token sale and all important information about the ICO.

In white paper all information we need in ICO in there that why reading of it is very important. Through reading white paper you will notice if the ICO is legit and the platform there offered is reliable. The main direction of ICO project and roadmap with specific implementation and team structure are found in the white paper.

I try to thoroughly read and understand the white paper. The main factors on which I pay attention:
-Transparent structured document;
-Correspondence of information in the white paper and on the official website, pages in social networks;
-Detailing the main motives for cooperation;
-Using clear vocabulary;
-Description of the algorithm for contract enforcement;
-Use of blockchain technologies;
-Absence of templates in registration;
-The availability of a roadmap and adequate deadlines for its implementation.

I have tried to read several white papers in the past, but what I slowly discovered this was extremely painful.
Later, I gradually became lazy. I began to look at people’s analysis of each ico project. I know this may not be objective, but How this kind of evaluation and analysis still plays a role.

you can read concept the project like

1. time pre sale
2. time of the main sale
3. end of main sale
3. total supply
4. price token ico
4. team of developers
5. roadmap project

I think that's all you need to read in white paper

Very much information that we can in every whitepaper, sometimes it makes the staple to be a quality assessment for a project.
For example roadmap project, team structure, fund allocation, token / coin information. Do not be lazy to read whitepapers, I highly recommend.
Just read the section I mentioned more or less so. Thanks  ;)

That's very true, for someone who is good at analyzing the project, the first thing to do is to read the whutepaper.
Because it is important to. Knowing all the information about the current project.
And people also give their own judgment on every whitepaper that has been read.

Before you invest, you must first browse through the white paper. It may not be a detailed view, but you must read it. At least you understand that this project is about that aspect, which makes you feel a bit prepared.

Sometimes I will just scan it fast as I can. But of course I have to make sure about the team's reliability, its partners and most importantly I have to understand the main purpose of the project. But when investing big, you have to persevere reading all in the Whitepaper.

most importantly you try to understand the contents and messages conveyed from the white paper.
overall you should study and read if you are researching an ico.
comparison and analysis becomes a necessity.

Yes, we have same point of view wherein we only look to this part carefully, the funny habit of me is to check the face of the developer and making decisions if the project is okay or so-so, (don't judge the book by its cover) but I like looking on the voice if it's worthwhile before opening it to read.

In whitepaper, you can find the full details about the project and how it will gonna push through and become successful. Commonly whitepaper are too long and time consuming to read. As for me, I only go to the abstract of the summary and go through the process of the project, the developers and the road map. I only focused on those things.

First, find goal of the project, what will they solve in the future, and may me their product, you can find it at category.
And the second, The team behind, i think this is the most important factor  ;D
Then Total supply, price, etc

Whitepaper is really important part of every ICO or project. You have to go over those whitepapers if you want to have knowledge about that project and will not lose your hard-earned investment. First, I just go over the token sale, pre and crowdsale portion of the whitepaper. Then go to the explanation of the roadmap. Lastly, read the developers and have background check about them.

Whitepaper is a complete picture of an ICO/project, it covers all the necessary information that an investor wants to know about the project.
The idea and road map is first thing you should look into, after this you will able to analyse the reliability of project.
Then there are other technical things that should need to consider i.e open source code and technology involved.
Last but not least is the team behind the project and partners or sponsors involved because they also have a great impact on project.

You don't need to read the whole paragraph of the whitepaper. Basically, you just need to take every important point that gives the more explanation about the business plan of the ico project in the future and the token distribution detail.

If i saw anything that doesn't make sense and i will not try to read it anymore.

The agreement and claimed should become another critical thing to be read.

I think that won't make you read a whole page of whitepaper.

It was like taking an exam and you need to review! You dont need to review all, just tye important things that you need to know. Like the whitepaper, you are going to spend a lot time of reading all pages just pick those that would satisty you and encourage you to that kind of ICO

Cm'on 50 page white paper is small to read. The important thing to look for in the white paper is mostly what should concern you as the investor. For me I will check how to intend to implement the technology, check the token metrics and how it is going to be used in the ecosystem and check token allocation. and more just things that might be of concern to you.

It contains the information about the project, by reading it we may minimize those common concerns that basically indicate on its content. And to focus in any idea or suggestion that would help for improvement and succession of the project.

Reading a whitepaper is tedious. But when i do, i just read the posible use case of the said project, their timeline and supply. I think based on that everything will be relative.

A whitepaper is like a summary of the project how they will do it and the specifications are detail in there. They  may include a study or research, why their solution to the existing problem is needed etc. For me I check their developers, their background and viability of the project in real time applications.

reading white paper is the best way to know if the project is good or not. 'cause it contains a lot of information. Such vision and good testimonials of project.  So if your want to contribute in any different projects don't forget to review first the white paper 'cause in fact that is a big help also to determine which project is good to invest specially on joining ico project.
