I had indicated he was a scammer in this post (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=305805.msg3278381#msg3278381) because of several red flags his forum activity raised. My dilemma is whether to be proactive and flag these obvious scammers and in turn upset a bunch of people (not just the scammer himself), or sit back and wait til they rip people off?
