I appreciate the sentiment and the intention I believe you have behind offering this service. I believe you've submitted your posts in my merit thread before and so I can understand someone doing something similar. If I had more merit, and I was able to see a longer track record oh users merited I would toss you a couple to allow you to continue your service. I would make sure to read their previous post history if you are willing to be the person deciding whether or not they enter that threshold for ranking up. This would ensure you are not being taken advantage of in various ways by spammers and malevolent users.

I sent you 10 merits so that you can give away 5 more to users deserving.

Yes merit is important to rank up and we know that already but it is more important if you read the post of thr OP before you post some of your posts. OP said that users who need only one merit in order for them to rank up are the ones who need to post here.

Anyway its up to @iasenko if he will give a consideration and give you merit but you didnt follow the requirements.

I see you are active in the Russian Local board, after checking some random posts I think you have potential to be valuable user in the future. I know you mentioned whoever use your service shouldn't send you merit
but you haven't said anything about the procedure on "how to be a sponsor" :D

I didn't though that so many will be interested to help my service in the beginning. Well it's up to you guys,I don't ask in any way to give me Merit, and I will never do. If you want to be a sponsor, just monitor the thread and you see someone deserving award, then do how you like, of course I will check the given sMerit just in case of someone trying to abuse my service in giving shitposters/alts merit. I'll think a little to come with the best solution, but in the mean time I'll put you on the list as sponsor, like LogitechMouse. Do you have a specific sMerit amount you think to share or I can just  list you as sponsor and you decide what you to give.

Quick look into your profile shows me that you are active in those meaningless mega-threads only for activity. The other possible good posts are in Filipino and I cannot awards something I don't understand. Some of the ones you got merit for are deleted.  Anyways if you collect two more merit points to fulfill the requirements you may come back and I try to find someone with Filipino to check your quality. I would like to have this service available for more languages, not only English but it is not an easy task.

Indeed hugeblack seems to be knowledgeable and active in the right ways from what I've seen. I've actually sent merit to hugeblack previously as well, so I guess I had my hand in ranking them up as well. One side-effect of the merit system is that each of us will be responsible to some degree for the rank of others from now on. This means that there is an element of endorsing this user ranking up, and that's something that concerns me greatly, ultimately stopping me when I consider applying to be a source merit. I want to get a greater handle on the entire merit system, because running services such as this invokes tremendous responsibility.

hugeblack, I believe has applied for my sMerit review thread and came up short (or hasn't been reviewed yet, I don't remember), but they scored on pugman's Q&A thread that I help run.


I'm happy that you're able to wear your own avatar. Normally users waste the opportunity and put something related to a campaign. Your avatar gets me a pretty good laugh each time I see it.

I went 11 pages back of your post history and a lot of the them are in the bounty section. Participating in bounties is not something bad,we are trying to fight the spam here so, besides that I see you have some comments most in your local Alt section.  Found also 3-4 good posts, so here is my constitution.

Based on what I saw you are balancing on a thin line between the shitposter and OK poster. No rule breaking so far, at least I did't found any. I gave you 1 Merit because of the effort you put to write those 3-4 good posts. If you don't reduce the one line posts and focus on learning instead of the bounties, I guess this will be your last Rank Up in the near future.

To rank-up to Sr.Member you need not 1 but 150 merit. You have no merited posts yet, but you still apply?

I know the rules are a bit tight and not for everyone, but this is the idea here. If you have proven yourself and  gained so and so Merit and you need only one to rank up I'll be happy to help. But in your case, come back after 149 more merits and at least two merited posts.

Wow! This is really great seeing some forum users really wanted to help others to ranked up and reach their goals. Sharing merits without asking any in return, that was awesome!. I never got my thread locked or anything, I guess it's not that popular as your one, and didn't attract the mod's attention, yet.
I was also wondering where to move it, since it's not yet a solution to your case. Of course, the rules should apply for everyone so I guess the new home for my thread will be the Help & Beginners section.



I wish I had more time to spend here. Now I'm mostly on the mobile and it so struggling to write and read on this small screen. Renovating a bathroom from scratch is so exhausting and time consuming and I really looking forward to be finish sometime soon.

Sorry mate, you have to read the rules first. I understand that it might be difficult for the non-English speakers but I cannot translate the rule to all the language available here and then ask other people from your local boards to evaluate your posts.

Checking my post history, don't think I am a Altcoin Discussion spammer  ;D I post a lot in Altcoin Discussion to help newbies in retrieving their coins from old wallets, solving solidity errors they encounter and a lot more.It's quite hard to find a good topic as it is present in the 20th-30th page.  Members who are good in Tech never visit Altcoin Discussion as it is full of spams and they stick only with Technical Discussion section. If theymos implements a board like Altcoin Tech Support it would be really helpful for people who are seeking a reply there.

Hi thanks for this thread. Ive read the comments and found out that youve helped others to rank up. Hope that you will continue doing this for we know that being close to ranking up is really exciting and also frustating because sometimes you will feel depress knowing that you are not appreciated even though you tried your best. Before you rank-up, people, you have to understand the main idea of the forum.
To develop and popularize the cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, so please don't take it as a "working place" or "main income" sort of thing.
You have to give something from you, and yes, I'm not talking about spending hours spamming your bullshit around and making more mess.

Be creative in the positive way and spend more time on learning than "working" here.
This is an amazing source of information and you are so lucky to have a chance to lurk in it ask questions and learn, but you are only wasting time to destroy it.

I know you don't really care about what some beardy guy has to say, but think a little what happens when there are too many monkeys on a single branch? It breaks.

So I thing you better move Bounty sections actually where you're, without cloging the thread.

You are lucky that you got 8 merit from single reply. Even Jet Cash given 5 merit. But your profile history is very poor . There is no any useful post by your own. Your reply are not deserve more merit ( my opinion). Maximum your reply on bounty thread. The true is that you want rank up for signature campaign for more spamming. @napsters, man I think you have the qualities required to be a good poster, but you focus on wrong priorities.
Stay away from the "zombie discussions" - the meaningless spam mega-threads. Try to learn and discuss more useful things. Joining bounties, OK. Just be sure that they are not the only reason for you to be here.

I am not sure if I am breaking a rule in the thread since i am not even a Junior member yet (Although number of merit is 9), But I would like to take a wild swing here since a feedback from an experienced senior member is something really valuable. Since I have not posted much yet I am not posting links here. If it is possible it would be wonderful to know your opinion regarding my posts!

If you read carefully the OP you will see that there is nothing written about the activity so, it's OK to apply. Well, now you have enough merit for to be a Member but you have a long way to reach the required activity for it. You have quite short post history but it's a good content. I haven't check for plagiarism, I'm gonna do it when I get to a PC but for now I'm satisfied with what I saw. I cannot determine at the moment if you are genuine newbie or an alt account. Hope to see more posts from you in the future.

As you know, or maybe you don't, I check more then 1 post and I go trough the post history of every participant. I have been trough yours too, but what I find there is not what I'm after.
Most of your posts are bounty reports and rest is in the Local section.
Since my Russian is not the best I cannot valuate their quality but by the little I understand you are mostly disusing the bounty related subjects.
Lets say so, don't focus so much on the bounties and try to not to aim for the merit all the time. Seems like you have some good potential, make it work for you.
I really wish to give some merit but you need to try a little bit more.
