Hi seniors, please guide me I am new here its been more than 23 days I am commenting on daily basis my activities are stuck at 28 and posts are increasing by comments. I want to know what is the reason why am I still a newbie  :-\ ? why my activities are stuck at 28 from the last week. please help  :'(

The activity reset each two weeks. You first posted 18th February while the activity period started on the 13th, so you got 14 activity during that period and another 14 on 27th February (a new activity period). The next one will occur tomorrow and then, you will upgrade.

There is topic - other important infornation. The first advise is "Do not trust people!"

Activity counts will be counted at 14 for each 2-week period. You can post more than 14 threads during two weeks, but only 14 will be counted as your activites. That means you need to wait a little before new two-week period for your account starts, then you can rank up to Junior member.
Additionally, you should post at least 1 thread during each two weeks in order to be actively and get maximum 14 activity-counts.

14 activity per two weeks even if you are posting more your activity won't increase. On 5th week after pairing two more posts you can directly be Jr.Memeber after posting two posts...

You will get fresh activities every two weeks on Tuesdays. Take note that a new system has been implemented. But, since you are just a newbie you can rank-up up to Jr. Member. Just wait for another Tuesday to rank-up. After that, you will need 10 merit points to become a Member. You can get more information about this on the Meta thread.

16 days here and I am still a newbie too.  Now I realized I have to make at least 14 posts in a two week period for it to be counted fully.  I'm gonna have to make more posts.

dont worry at about 19:40 activity would reset and your rank would move to Jr Member. you are given 14 activity county every 2weeks and you are required to post atleast one post per day. every 2 weeks the activity resets. it would reset today at about 19:40.

you need to have 30 points to rank up to the next rank which is jr. member so you still have to wait!

you have to take things easy, i understand your pain, With the current development, Activities are now been added up every 2weeks with 14 activities, which means every month you will now get 28 activities, which you are currently having.

Every 14 days the potential activities you can get are being reset,today you have +14 activities so if you post right now you will receive your new set of activities, im sure you are going to be a jr.member today if you post something.It makes 3x14days for a newbie before they can rank up to jr.members that makes 1.5months of being active here in bitcointalk.
