For me this is proof enough he is a scammer: he developed an ERC20 and asked everyone not to sell yet because the product had not been developed yet. Bullshit! If he wanted to make it impossible to trade, he could have just blocked transfers of the token, just like any legit project does. He made it possible to trade on purpose, because he wanted to dump tokens and raise more money than he had already raised by donations. What a scammer! He obviously should be able to block transfers. After all, he is someone who claims to be developing DAG with private transactions...
