If you are paying people to spam on your projects, most likely your projects will be revealed at some point. Also, if you are making a reputable project, why do you feel urge to pay people to spam it?
If i was you, i would just invest that money on promotion instead of throwing all the work of yours. If you want to promote your project on the forum. You please go ahead to hire some trust campaign managers and go in a legit way. If you hire single person and make them to create a thread. With in some minutes others will mention that thread as spam to promote shit project. I hope you do not want to waste your project's name. Check the managers like aTriz or Yahoo.
