You can only get 14 (potential) activity per period ( Period = 2 weeks), which is the reason why it isn't going up anymore. You already accumulated the max amount of activity you can get for this period. (14), (14 + 14), which means you participated/posted in 2 periods basically.. Suppose you ngepost 25 in 2 weeks your activity from 0 to 12.
