Good day,
I understand that people with high ratings can give merit if they like the article, the idea and so on. But sometimes not everyone sees good articles and people are left without merit.
My opinion - A separate topic or a note, so that people with a rating could see that this person needs merit.
I'm sure that not only I would like merit, so what are your ideas on this? =)

You have a good point there, but I don't think those with higher ranks would agree to that. I mean, they worked really hard for the merits they have now, maybe they wouldn't agree that the new or lower ranks could now easily earn merits, won't they? That's just my opinion, tho. I'm a newbie so I'm in favor with that too. LOL.  ;D

Totally agreed too you but like what you said they won't easily or won't agree on this, so let's just work hard us they do  ;)

I think many will agree with me. Therefore, I propose to put forward my ideas. I hope we will be heard and supported. After all, helping and creating is great!
My idea is this:
1. Create a separate forum thread for those who want to show themselves in any abilities, for example: Writing articles, ideas and stuff.
A person with a rating will know that in this thread of the forum there are people who need Merit and if he likes the article, he will give Merit.
2. Create a certain label, like [ANN] - > [MRT], but with different symbols, so that a person with a rating sees a person and appreciates.

These are just my ideas that would simplify the lives of many people and give them a chance to notice them. I hope many will agree with me. Thanks to all.

I learned that we are not allowed to solicit for merits so I guess we would just have to work and wait.

Getting merits are hard you need to work on your post so that you can get it,merits are not free it is payable with good post and have sense ad the uniqueness of it.

agree, many of us want merit and we need to work more hard to get it
we have to more creative, post something good but when i want post something its already posted by other, LOL  ::)

Im a newbie and yes i am aiming also to get merit but i want to get it through my own hardwork.As what ive read in the forum it is very hard to get merit coz it needs good post and more creativity and its kinda hard thing that someone will notice your post because there are lots of members.So ill just do all the thing needed to do just to get merit one day.

After all, your article may be excellent, but no one will give you a merit...

I think you should learn about a topic, then ask people and get the best ideas.

Even though I am having less post count but I have seen people here with post count even less than 50 still having merits more than yours....

I agree that all newbie and jr. Member should do a creative article that can be read by the admin and all moderators it should be substantial but now a days many newbie are hard to get merit so sad for them they will never be a member rank.

I just think that you have to work hard ! It's a merit so you have to earn it by working , searching more and staying active !

It is very hard for me to get merit.

Everyone needs merit lol. Who doesn't? Especially we the upcoming ones. We need it badly like the way we need oxygen. Those with much merits suffered for it , worked very hard for it. Its quit unfortunate that our time , you can't get merit just by posting.  Let's hope for the best to happen. I think you might attract the attention of someone to give you merit if your post helped them or contributed very much to the forum

Bitcoin Talk is the oldest forum available for all to ask anything related to bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. The forum is currently the center of the all the cryptocurrency related activities, whether it is mining of currencies, an announcement of new currencies or promotion of the currencies. Merit is a very good feature added to a site. If you have friends you may be able to exchange merit with constructive and positive post notes. I do not recommend this way but I think it's logical to do  that if you have get merit in this forum. But merit it is very hard.

Well we need merits to make our rank higher, but for now I'm just contented that I have to read a lot about crypto here. I also read some hilarious comments in which it got merited.

I've just realized that merit can be given by high rank users only  :)
