It is very good that you reveal yourself as project developers, but there is a lack of information about the mining farm. Can you reveal your headquarters address, and preferably pictures of your mining rigs?
Also think about starting a market where is possible to trade contracts or mining power - it will be very helpful.

One more thing that is missing me on your website is a calculator ... something that will help to calculate (more-less) the profit/ROI.

Thank you for your Remarks, we appreciate every single Comment that we get on our Work. Right now, Our Customers can calculate their income With the Amount of Hashpower they own. At this moment, there are numerous sources that offer similar Calculating services which Customers can use them, but of course We are also Planning to add a Calculator in Future

I would maybe think twice about that.
As you say, independent calculators are widely available, whereas an on-site one would leave you open to criticism of an implied ROI which, as you know, is difficult territory for cloud mining providers. They are also widely used by scam sites.
As you will find, customers can be very sensitive to variations in payments (i.e. difficulty adjustments) which are beyond your control.

What is the payout limit and ur site pay profit on daily basis

That was the exact same issue we came across while working on creating a Calculator for our Web-page. We are trying to create a Platform which contains every single detail for Cloud Mining, thus we want to have a Calculator on our Website, but of course we are considering Requirements and requests from our Customers.

We don't have a payout limit, because the Contracts can basically let customers buy unlimited Hashpower. As you might have seen on our Photos and Videos, our Mining Farm is very big, it contains 10 000 Miners and our 2 year Contracts has no limits over the amount of Hashpower.
Daily profit depends on the Contract Customer buys, it can be somewhere in between $0.02 - $2000

Help me understand something, if you would be so kind.
On your Facebook you posted on 5th December that, two months after launch, you sold out of hash rate.

QED it was ~ 5th October that you launched, i.e. started selling cloud mining.
Today is 20th March.
That's about five and a half months.

Would you care to comment on how this is possible?

We will clear this situation up for you. When we launched our website in 2017 we started producing Test Contracts for Customers in Georgia. We were at first oriented on Georgian Market, because the Mining Farm and our Head Office is in Georgia. Georgian Customers were able to buy Contracts and all of our efforts, Ads, Marketing Campaign was oriented on Georgian Market. After ending the test Mode we officially launched our Services for the Global Market, we started promoting our Project on Google Ads, Facebook, other social media, etc.

As you might have seen in the Video we provided you with, our Mining Farm contains 10 000 Miners, but that hasn't always been like that. For the test mode, amount of Miners were 4 times fewer than we have now, in December, when the Bitcoin prices were hitting the Maximum of what it has achieved interest got increased, Customers started buying our Contracts and few big Investors got interested with our Project, thus, all the Hashpower was sold out!

After this, we started renewing the Mining Farm. Amount of miners has increased 4 time now, we redesigned our website, made it more comfortable for our Customers, added some new features and made it more suitable for Global Market.

At this moment the Hashpower is so big that it is practically impossible to sell it all out, unless some big enthusiast decides to get involved with us  ;D

This is nonsense. Cloud mining is not solution for problems, it is problem. I wouldn't suggest anyone to pay a dime to any cloud mining service no matter how legit they are. If anyone has money to invest in cloud mining than you have money to buy gpu and mine coins yourself.

Thank you for your comment, but we have to say that Cloud Mining has been and is a Solution for the stated problems. Only downside is that 95% of Companies working in this field are scammers and that's hindering honest Companies to work normally.

Mining Bitcoin yourself is correlated with a lot of problems and issues people don't realize. You have to buy equipment, have to have a place to place a Miner, have to pay Electricity bills and take that unbearable sound and heat (especially in Summer) that it produces. Many people want to start Mining Bitcoin but not all realize that it comes with a lot of problems. Besides the issues you might have with sound or heat, Miners can be easily damaged while transporting, or they might have a Factory defect. Miner itself is very expensive and it would cost even more to fix a broken part.
 
As we already stated, because of all these problems we decided to create our Cloud Mining Services. Our customers are just leasing the Miners and they produce some profit for them. It is cheaper than physical mining and more comfortable.

Besides this, With us you can end the Contract whenever you think is time to end it, whenever you feel you got enough profit out of it. You can withdraw your earnings anytime you wish to with just a small amount of fee. We guarantee our services are high quality and safe, that's what makes us competitive on this Market.

You claim that you've been mining for 421 days when your site only launched last year - is there any proof for that?

You're also trying to market yourselves as a wallet service, which makes no sense. You're not an exchange, so as I said it makes no sense for anyone to store funds with you. They can easily use electrum or any other desktop client with a load more security.

I have to say that you have provided some video, which is good. But that's not conclusive evidence that you actually own the miners, or you are legit. If you guys decide to pull a runner, thousands of newbies will probably get scammed as a result with no legal recourse available to them.

Based on my personal experience, a legit cloud mining service is never profitable over the long run, and a profitable cloud mining service is never legit.

Just my 2 cents. I would recommend others to not try this site or any other cloud mining site for that matter. It's definitely not a "good investment for newbies", in fact quite the opposite.

This is because, we have been preparing Miners, equipment was being tested, we were arranging everything so our Services would be flawless and ready to be used. After this, we decided to launch our Website and let our Customers start Mining Bitcoin with us. At the same time as we were being developed, our Competitors have been changing their contracts, agreements, prices, practically toying with Customers, and our main Aim was to end this and provide Customers with the services that would have fixed prices and Contract details.

As for the Evidence about the fact that the Mining Farm is ours, you can easily see in videos that there are BitForx Workers going around, doing their job. Video is presented by our Head of Marketing and PR Department, we provide our Audience with all the information about our Company and our Team. Besides this, our Mining Farm’s doors are open for everyone who is interested, every single of one our Customers, Journalists, Media, everyone who thinks it is important to see what we are doing and where are we working are welcome to visit our Mining Farm. We do not limit our Customers with withdrawal money, however we do have a Withdrawal fee - 0.001 BTC. So basically, you can withdraw minimum of 0.001BTC, any amount greater than that can be withdrawn anytime.

P.S - We are working to reduce the Withdrawal fee in Future
