Do you know which cryptocurrency is the most anonymous? Is it Monero?

Yes monero is right now considered to be the most anonymous currency available in the market. Most of the newbies think btc is anonymous, but it is not. Monero is anonymous in the sense they do not even reveal the transaction between members. Monero uses new technology such as ring signatures. Ring signatures are the ones where the public key is verified without the private key being revealed.

Monero uses kovri which is a work in progress application where users IP are hidden while the transaction is made. Monero also uses the stealth address technology where the sender sends the transaction to certain addresses but the outside members doesn't know to whom does the address belong. These are pretty good to make the monero truly anonymous.

Other currencies which are truly anonymous may include Zcash, komodo, Zcoin, Nav coin, Verge and Dash.

Similar to the monero cryptocurrencies, Zcash shields transactions to hide the sender, receiver and what is being sent, although it's a bit different.
Zcash uses a secure encrypted hashing system which is said to be unbreakable by even Quantum computing which we will see disrupting a lot in the future.

Other than Zcash and Monero:

Dash is another one: Dash is faster than most coins and uses a multiple transaction and verification methodology to keep your privacy safe.

Many here mention DASH, but I think in a wonderful future of crypto-currency, DASH has no place, because if it is used everywhere, organizations like the NSA, the CIA, Interpol and the like will allocate a lot of money to create fake masternodes, and the anonymity of DASH will come to an end

well i know for dash, verge and monero. Dash is much faster than many other coins and uses a multiple transaction and verification methodology to keep your privacy safe. Verge is ok because it sends your transaction through private web browser TOR which secures the information about the transaction from others.

Airdrop is kind of reward program for community development and mass adoption wherein just registering or max doing a little task entitles the address to receive a small amount of those tokens/ coins conducting airdrop. Good way to participate if you believe a project may work well in future.

Deep Onion is the most anonymous coin for me.
Also monero is good option too but you need to pay high fees to stay anonymous for transactions. My choice is deep onion.

Regarding anonymity, you may also like to reserach about PivX and NAV coin. Every one has something unique about them with their own pros and drawbacks. None is a complete package

Yes in my knowledge XMR is the most anonymous coins and the other cryotocurrencies are pseudo anonymous where we can track the users if we know the address of that person but it is not possible with monero and there may be other cois as well but Monero is the well reputed coin among them.

I would rather monero instead of zcash. Zcash's privacy is doubtful and it makes me wonder. Monero is really one of the best as a currency.

Besides, if you need anonimous coin for trading, Dash & Monero are obsolete..

There is just one pick here and is Monero, the only coin close to it is Zcash, the tech behind it is very good and has a very active development, thanks to Masternodes that help sustain the price of Dash, I personally don't rate the project that high as we have seen with the amount of infighting among the community recently

You are wrong bro, Monero is more anonymous than bitcoin because bitcoin transaction is traceable when the address is known but the Monero can't be tracked so you decide which one is more anonymous.

I think the most anonymous cryptocurrency is the Dash. This is because it is the most faster than other coins. It splits up the amount you are sending into multiple transactions with the same amount, eliciting what looks like multiple wallets receiving it.

XMR is a good choice, value is high, easy to transfer with large amount of money, security and privacy

I suppose it's Dash. This coin was originally created because of Bitcoin is not enough anonymous. The network uses Darksend to help anonymize the transaction process by mixing coins.

I think it does not matter, I don't think anonymous coins are good investments they can't reach the masses, as ledger is not tracable, it would not be used by the majority.

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned XSPEC yet, although there is still a battle going on with the state of development it is still a good anonymous coin with stealth addresses and TOR integration. However, if you want a good investment then DeepOnion has a large development team and ambitious roadmap. This will go up for sure.

anonymity can be a problem in the future for legal entity usages. So I don't think that most anonymized one the best one or anonymous coins will have a good future
