Right. There's very little market depth between a big bid at 13.70 and a big ask at 14.73. So the price right now isn't that meaningful.  It's probably that miners have learned not to sell on weekends, when nobody is putting new money into the system. Volume on Mt. Gox is much smaller this weekend than last.

Bitcoin was on CNN, CNBC, and some Canadian news source last week, all with fairly balanced articles. I kind of expected a jump in price around this time and possibly continuing to later this week.
