As you can see here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2851296.0), we don't have a moderator anymore, so the reports don't do anything about his automatic translations and he taunts us. I confirm this guy doesn't speak French at all. It takes 5 seconds to realize that he uses google translate. And he's pretty aggressive when you point it out. I contacted the bounty managers of his campaigns, but he keeps making new threads. This has got to stop. And I totally agree that there is a lack of moderation in the French section. He is also extremely toxic and threatened people who called him out in the french community, it would be great if we can have a moderator in the french section.

What it is different here is that it seems not to be a bot, but a real human, and then he understands (via translation) what we answered back to him, and then he was very aggressive with us. ofc, as we pointed out several times, no moderation, then nothing was done about him.
