Title: Coinbase customer support Post by: ceptily on October 20, 2013, 08:24:04 PM So I ordered a small amount of bitcoins (2.50BTC) from coinbase, as I had many times in the past. It should have been instant but instead is making me wait a week. I have gone through all the verification things so I know it's not that. I've been trying to contact or get an answer out of their customer support since making the purchase. Any one have any experience dealing with their customer support? Any way to get them to respond? ???

If you are Level 2 verified only without a Visa card, you still have to wait some 5 days or so to get your bitcoins. I think they just introduced this new policy in early October.
