In the world of forex trading I know the term psychiatric traders are very influential in the determination of the price of a commodity, which became my question whether psychiatric influential in the price movement?

I am wondering what this term is exactly? I mean I have never heard of psychiatric trader and would love to know more about it as its new concept for me. Also I would like to add on that I have never heard this concept in the crypto world also. Up until now I have just understood that the whole thing works on the demand and supply of the coins. Apart from that how much developments are taking place and what are on going news about the bitcoin in the world. These all affect the bitcoin trading fro sure but concept like psychiatric traders is really first timer for me.

Back in the day all the traders were using silk road drugs and the panic was so intense altcoins would climb 1000% and come back down all in one night. Now that all those traders are sectioned, things are more stable.

Likewise, it is my first time to encounter this word " psychiatric trader". If I am to interpret that, I will say they are the ones who are analyzing the demand and supply of cryptocurrency or maybe they are the strategic traders in crypto world. Since the price of the coins are sometimes inflating or deflating rapidly, investors really need their strategies inorder to gain high profit.

It's called a market sentiment. Many traders do indeed speculate based on their gut feeling on what the market also feels. This isn't of course the best method to trade but it's to note that beating the market this way isn't that of a likely scenario unless some actual analysis is involved.
