Your charging way to much this is like $20 at most. You hardly have any hits and that script is probably a generic script it looks like it. I would lower your price.

8 cents isn't really a huge profit and the promise of revenue isn't something you can sell a site on. I am interested in purchasing it since I am part owner in http://bitcoinlister.com which is basically the same thing, but 1.1 BTC is way too high. I mean your site has brought in 8 cents and my site has brought in a lot more. So you see the problem. Also I already see some bugs and things to change on your site. Probably have to get a graphic designer to make it less generic and stand out more. I would then be in the hole a lot more, plus I need to get a good marketing plan these things are cheap to get a site like your's into profitable region.

OK then I would offer $5, that is pretty much all it is worth. Anymore would be too much, basically just paying for the domain. The script price would be something that comes with traffic but since you have no traffic, the script isn't worth much.

What I am trying to point out, is that you are valuing the whole package on your time and that isn't how a website gets value. Traffic, userbase, and ad revenue. Since you have no trafffic or userbase, and only very little ad revenue, there isn't any way I can say that 1.1 BTC is the site is worth. Otherwise good luck selling it, this is a final offer of $10?

I doubt anyone will buy that site for 1.1BTC. Maybe remove your price and allow people to make an offer?

I read the whole thread and BTCTools's posts before buying. That's how I bought bitcoingam.es (no website) for 0.25 BTC from BTCTolols before this domain and website. Just because you think it's not worth that much doesn't mean it isn't. Something is worth no more and no less than what someone would pay for it. Look at just the domain. According to http://instica.com it's worth $136,378 http://instica.com/appraisal/bitcointopsites.com. Again, that doesn't mean it's worth that much because it depends on how much someone would pay for it. Also, when you type top sites in Google, first website is Alexa Top 500 Global Sites http://www.alexa.com/topsites. When you go into that website the title says "Top Sites". I think bitcointopsites.com (Bitcoin Top Sites) domain (without website) is worth more than 0.50 BTC at current price.

Sadly that isn't what the community thinks otherwise this thread would be a hot bed of people trying to buy it. As I said 3 things make up a websites value, traffic, userbase, and ad profit. It had none of these. If you look around the room and you don't see the sucker you are it, today my friend you are it.

Not when they are a phrase, very short or special domains are worth a lot. Try selling it in a few months you will not get anywhere near $92 you probably get $10 if lucky. I was basing all my prices on the domain, not the software. Software means nothing unless it is unique.
