It became popular thans to its ease of real world usage. I remember when I was first introduced to bitcoin. It was like high alien tech for me. It worked as intended and so easy to follow information.

It's already popular, everyone who pays attention to their news on their countries and acess internet have already heared about Bitcoin. But many of them still don't want to adopt the currency because it's very volatile and doesn't give any return guarantee.

As I see, the only way to make more people adopt this it's by centralizating the currency (turning it into legal).

Bitcoin is always popular in all over the world but most of countries governments are oppose the cryptocurrency it is main issue in current crypto market. Some peoples are holding the funds but many peoples are sell the funds. what ever happening in the market it will popular continuously.

The reason is,
1. The decentralization system, most of which concerns the economy there must be one party governing but no bitcoin set.
2. With a decentralized system so that all prices pure depend on supply and demand and make the bitcoin price to be volatile, within 8 years the price of bitcoin can reach $ 20,000 per 1 btc. I'm personally very strange, because bitcoin is not physically visible but have a high value.
3. Regulations from various governments, prohibited or not will make people curious about bitcoin.
Yeah, I think that's all that makes bitcoin become famous. Everyone needs money, and bitcoin offers a simple concept for someone earning money.
