Other than tweeking the core/memory and dropping the power limit is there anything else I can do to improve hash/w of the 1070?

NVIDIA was known as less tweak-friendly cards. I heard one of my friends do a physical tweak to its 1070Ti, something like jumper technic, but am not sure what it does and what the effect.
